I would assume so. I resubmitted most of the missions I added before (last summer?), which included lots of rust-buckets vs ubertechs, and I doubt OS plugged them in to the same level slots if he used them.
Of course, a lot of the other missions I submitted were pushing the envelope of silliness, so it'll be interesting to see if those made it in.
