So Hasbro Pulse has finally listed Godbomber, but only the standard version. Other stores like BBTS have the Takara Tomy Mall exclusive set, but the price isn't great, $240, MSRP with the exchange rate through TTM would have been $214, that should have been the Hasbro price (Hasbro's price for regular GB is $14 less than TTM's MSRP).
Weird, I know I replied to this. Early listings didn't mention the sword and it isn't in the pictures of the contents, but it was listed in the pre-orders.

I find DHL gives pretty late estimates, but 3 or 4 days tend to be the norm from Amazon Japan. I did once have them ship via an alternative service and it took over a week!
Meanwhile I have a package coming from Australia via DHL that's been in transit since December 17 and being handed off to USPS for delivery, still isn't supposed to show up for another week (hasn't updated since leaving customs in California Thursday).

My Ginrais finally shipped. For the curious, buying the two from Amazon Japan was $381.48, buying from Hasbro would have been $440 plus another $25 tax so saved nearly $85.

The tracking on mine updated to being at my local delivery hub. Even though the delivery date is still set for January 7th,i think I'll have it today or tomorrow.

My Ginrai is still out for delivery even though it's after 9PM my time. Maybe I'll get it today but I doubt it.
Super Ginrai arrived at 10:25PM EST and thus far I'm pleased. The instructions are a booklet (thank God) and everything seems OK. Godmaster Ginrai doesn't like to stay plugged in but that might be intentional or just mine. Lots of diecast too.

Wow, he actually looks to have a straightforward transformation and fun to play with. Wish there was a comparison to Optimus in bot mode with Ginrai (not Super Ginrai), looks like they had to shrink him down to make him affordable.

Yeah, I recently transformed my MP01 and MP10 recently. Both were joy to transform. Then I did my MP44B... I had to watch Emgo's JTR. Not fun at all.

Ginrai really is fun. It's like they took the toy's transformation and added some bits to make it more accurate to the cartoon. My one issue is that the God Master loves to pop out and I'm concerned it'll do it while I'm not looking and my cat will get it, so I have to leave it in the box when I'm not playing interacting withe the set. I'm breaking my review into two parts and I'm saving part one now.
