That R Strongarm seems to be a Decepticon would explain the initially weird Grimlock vs. R Strongarm set. :-B

Swoop and Knock-Out are must-buys (I want more redecoed Hunters!), Roadblock is maybe, I wanna see how they deal with Holepunch and CaliburstTracer.

First things that came to my mind with that deco were Flamewar and Windblade, which (as I said) make no sense.

For Knock Out, though he looks like Bluestreak in altmode, his robot mode deco reminds me of Crosscut. More nonsense. 8-}

And R Strongarm's deco looks to me like, get ready for it, TransTech Megatron! :lol:

Or Brawn. Or Roadbuster. Or Movie 1 Srongarm.

Just like that, more images surface of toys from the Takara Tomy Transformers Adventure line, this time coming from the Toy Dojo Facebook Page. These images include a look at Takara's versions of many of the Robots in Disguise Warrior Class figures, as well as a mostly purple redeco of Animated Snarl.

There are also some shadowy images that suggest versions of Animated Lockdown, Generations Skrapnel, Combiner Wars Bombshell, and Robots in Disguise Drift are on the way as well.

Snarl's colors ring a bell somewhere... Then again,. I may be seeing things, as the dinos seem to follow "main color is black, secondary depends on dino" rule (Green for Grimlock, Red for Swoop, Purple for Snarl).

So I'm a bit out of the loop is this line where takara will be releasing the RiD stuff (as how they used Go! For beast hunters)? Plus will they be putting together any fiction for this? As for the figures I'm digging the swoop and snarl redecos, I'm quite partial to those molds, same with lock down. ..whenever they reveals what the scheme is

This is the Japanese RID line, yes, but with additional molds from Animated, Beast Hunters (those that weren't part of the Go! line, it seems), and Generations.

The RID cartoon will be airing in Japan under the new name of "Super Robot Lifeform Transformers: Adventure". It is unknown how the dub will handle the show's relation to TF: Prime since Japan never got the third season of Prime (it got Go!'s cartoon instead).

Yup, this is TakaraTomy's counterpart of RID 2015, though right now it looks more like a waste-bin line:

- Generations Scoop, Beast Hunters Ultra Magnus, Dreadwing and Knock Out were never released in Japan before.
- Animated Swoop and Snarl are probably put in to compliment Grimlock
- The Combiner Wars Legends are probably considered too small to be released stand-alone in Transformers Legends. Had a Kickback been in the works, that would have a different story for Bombshell and Shrapnel.

DRAT! Missed opportunity for a gray Grimlock.

But wow, what an odd mix of lines. Looks like there was a traffic jam on Cybertron, and they just took whomever was on the off-ramp and made a toy line. Ha ha ha.

Some of these decos DO look considerably better... CrocOut sure got a classy re-deco. Any green construction vehicle is a must-buy, too.

As for the RID tv show figures, it doesn't seem like the molds are nice enough to warrant importing a snazzier Takara paint app.

Honestly, these don't look to shabby, I always liked the TFA Swoop mold, so if this doesn't sell much I'll be grabbing him. I'd also grab the Lockdown, I need one that isn't a midget. :BANG_HEAD:

I've been holding out on getting the Hasbro RID toys to wait and see what Takara's Adventure ones would look like, but since they aren't that significantly different (Bee's got orange headlights, a darker yellow,and more black-painted stripes on the side of his car mode, but that's it), I guess I'm good to go for Hasbro's.

EDIT: On second glance, I might have to go for Takara's Strongarm. That striped chest deco is better Hasbro's solid blue.

Ooooh, colorful Animated Dinobots look nice! Especially loving the gradient on Snarl's dino crest.
... but no weapons?

Kinda odd pairing Animated molds with RiD ones, if mostly because I love Animated's character designs while I find RiD's to be terribly dull, so it's like it shouldn't work but it sorta does.

Knock Out makes me think of Movie Sideways more than any of the mentioned Autobots.

Knock Out redeco is "Bloody Knock Out" (seriously!)

There has been a lot of reveals today regarding the Takara Transformers Adventure Line with two news posts filled with new photos. Well why not make it a hat trick.

While now both BBTS and Takaratomymall now have preorder listings, these listings also come with new photos not seen yet.

The new pictures include the following:

TED03 (one step) Sideswipe
TED01 (Hyperchange) Bumblebee
TED02 (Hyperchange) Grimlock
TED05 Junkheap
And a target master that comes with TAV07 Load Block (generations Scoop)
