PC monitor color images not always accurate to the real thing. That being said, both Hb and Takara look great at an initial impression.
Yeah pretty much if Hasbro's had the mouth from Takara's it would look great. But, I still like the faceplate. I actually prefer toy accuracy a lot of times.
Oh yeah, I like the faceplate too so it's not like I'm disappointed to get it; I'm just sad I can't also have a mouth. Options yo

The feet feel fine to me tbh.

Still, Hasbro's Powermaster version is SO different, it may be worth owning.... But only at the 30$CAN sale.

We have stock images from Dengeki Hobby, some grey scale images from Wonderfest Summer 2016 and even comparisons to the Hasbro release.
There is a lot of retooling with the Takara version to the point where the base mode has a totally different look. The most obvious difference in vehicle mode is the cab while in robot mode it is the chest and feet. Speaking of the feet, while they may look off they are actually transformed correctly. It is meant to convey the look of the G1 toy. However, what is off is that those feet extend below the trailer panels that usually reach all the way down the leg in the toy and in the show. Let us know if you preffer this to the Hasbro version or if the Takara version is worth the import premium which has importers asking 95$ for him.
One last thing of note, in the Dengeki article, he is referred to as LG35 Thunderclap.

UPDATE: A new 6 hour video from Dengeki Hobby reveals the titan master head of LG35 Super Ginrai, which had yet to be revealed. It is a miniature Optimus Prime head unlike the Orion Pax homage the Hasbro version sports. Plus they compared the two versions side by side.
