Not to be a downer, but it isnt. As you can see from waht I posted above, they are the same price as all the other "targetmasers" Takara released. They just put that name because Kup and Hot Rod were targetmasters in G1 and now once again come with a transforming gun accessory.
Nope - they were targetmasters here, but never in Japan. And it's very odd that they get the Targetmaster prefix but not Scourge or Blurr if they were for some reason going for an American reference; and also odd that the Headmasters didn't get a prefix that called them Headmasters. It's odd either way.

Scourge and blurr didnt get the prefix because they didnt come with an additional transforming weapon, unlike every other deluxe toy.
