WHY?

Well, I see two silver linings:
1. I'm getting in on the ground floor. I've got my ear to the ground and I'm ready to hit the streets!
2. I bought the first two BAPE's for completions sake. I greatly appreciate them now, but wasn't excited at the time. This guy though? Sexy. It's very close to the Dead "Sleep Mode" I've wanted from the MP10 mold so desperately.

Not on the secondary market. There are very few legit ones for good reason. Most of the time, it's "buy it from Japan from someone that stood in line for it" or you're up the creek.RAR wrote:The real joke is that a lot of the people who do end up with them may sell them on anyway.
Actually this is grey and black, and if we learned anything from MP-4S it's that if they do a "Sleep" Convoy out of this mold it won't be grey and black. It'll be that ashen red and blue again.RAR wrote:It's also annoying that it's the sleep mode colour scheme that would have had a broader interest than just this too. This is a colour scheme (bar the camo stripe) better suited to a Tokyo Toyshow exclusive.

Unless someone has been mucking about the colour balance on the latest Blurays again ?
They did on the red one! I think mine was sub-$500 shortly after it came out and it was the cheapest by a country mile. Had one minor scratch and the seller decided to just be rid of it. Outside of that, they quickly got up to around $700-$800 and sat around there for awhile until the KO hit. Now it's pretty easy to jump on eBay and get a legit MP-10R around $450-$550.shajaki wrote:Oh, and the KO's? They didn't effect the prices of the legit's much at all.
You're probably right. Once the hunt was over I stopped paying attention to such things.ScottyP wrote:They did on the red one!
