Hate to disappoint, but only Admin can play around with the fun forum stuff like abusing the word filter for laughs, banning people, screwing with people by changing their sigs and avatars, etc. But there's like 37 of them here so you can probably bug one of them to do it.
Mods can usually only prune topics, merge topics, sticky threads, etc. Some forum software allows them to soft or temp ban them, but I'm pretty sure they can't on this forum software.

It might be a mess but a bit of tidying up, re-organising the alt-classes so we have about 20 instead of over 50 etc., and some visual polish - like updating the altmodes to the multi-colour types Moggy wanted for his V2 (which should be theroetically posssible as all they were were slighly larger .png's instead of .gifs) would make the world of difference.
All anyone wanted from V2 was the war map and few extra tactics anyway.

The game will never be 'balanced' as its PvP. Ill conceed the one about the stats though, but the point is that the pressure to rewrite a new game whilst this one is so obviously incomplete is what breaks the programmers. Get this looking suitable shiny and then the pressure is off.
The way I see it, add a warmap to conquer/defend and give the players an achieveable (and repeatable) win condition, and then the game becomes less of a grind and more like an online game. At that point 99% of people will forget about V2 and get back to basics.
