LOL, yea man network analysts, IT departments, all that jazz, its a short time you spend in school and they pay you alright after a year or two depending where you work. Landing a job at a corporation you'll be ok. That is what I am hoping for. Working in that for a while, while I keep going to school and getting a BS in Electrical Engineering hopefully.

Personally I think the education system sucks over here. Waste of time really, the more classes you take the more money they get. Really lame. Other countries you go straight into what you want to study and not take "general ed" classes, I thought that's what High school was for. Whatever can't do anything about it now, so hopefully later maybe I can.

Most of those general education classes are because high school doesn't qualify you for college.

Depending on the language, we already have. You can take classes for shorthand, and eubonics became a reconized language in the 90s. I think texting has become something you can take classes for too.

Meh. There's some bizarre university courses over here too. Railway signalling history springs to mind, and I believe there was a short lived course to study the life of David Beckham....

Probably the craziest one we have is "How to differntiate between a Koala and a Drop Bear".

Primarily aimed at tourists.
