OK... I'll bite the bullet... Alldarker is in a mission right now (as you know: you're in it as well!). When he's recovered, I'll reconfigure him into a 'do or die' bare bones level 6, and keep him that way for a couple of days to see how he fares...

If the pie aint good, Burn might have Mkall reset your XP to negatives when he has me and NV switched. ... I wonder if that means I'll get NV's XP too...

Anyhow, I've calculated a set up which doesn't look too bad... Once Alldarker gets out of CR, I'll reconfigure him (actually, it just involves giving him three extra points worth of rank and endurance). I can also slap some new armor on him tonight...

Yup, alldarker will become a level 6. I was saving up XP for the 10th point of ram, but I'll put that on the back burner... Those 512,000 XP now will take a few more weeks than I'd anticipated, but oh well.

On the other hand, I've got an order out for God of War 3 and Red Dead Redemption, and am waiting for them to ship together around May 20th. Those are gonna kill my 'at home' HMW time, although my 'at work' play time shouldn't suffer...
And I'm planning a trip to London mid-June.

God of War 3 is supposed to be good. Friend of mine has it. Red Dead Redemption looks good. My McWench says it looks fun, though she plays Animal Crossing and Harvest Moon and sleeps with me, so I can't say anything about her taste. Lemme know what ya think about it when you get it.

Will definitely do! I ordered RDR on a slight whim: I'm on the Rockstar mailing list and received a couple of the RDR mailings, but didn't really pay much attention until last Friday. Then I checked out the official site and saw some of the in-game footage. Man, it just blew me away! That, together with a decent Amazon price for both it and GoW3 made me want it bad.
GoW: I loved the previous two games, as did my McWench(!). I couldn't resist getting it any longer...

Anyhow, I've just thrown alldarker into the fray as a newly baked level 6!

And what's even sillier is that the DS versions of the game are keeping the War for Cybertron name.

I used to do an xp gains table, but it was a *lot* of work (3 or 4 hours of alt+tabing and copy+pasting), and then when it started to look like there really was gonna be a V2, and when the player base was looking particularly sparse I packed it in. I have considered bringing it back since it became obvious that V2 isn't gonna exist any time soon, but I've been trying to streamline it and automate it, with very little success. If anybody here is a wizz at excel (or maybe access?) who can help me with the data farming, I'll be more than willing to reactivate the xp games.

Technically the DS versions have different names as well because they have the two different editions for each faction, but the main reason the wii get the different name is due to the need for a different publisher working on it and making enough changes that they feel the need to put a different name on it so they don't have idiots complaining when they run out, buy it, pop it in their Wii, and instantly start to say "Wait this looks different than the videos on the net...."

Plus, people expect the DS port of games to be different anyways so they don't worry about changing the name.
