I'm just glad that Alldarker was finally able to score over 10,000 xp in a single mission due to Hun-grrr's level 7
I'm trying to get the rest of my team up to level 5 (8 out of 12 so far) but as you well know, I only level up useful stats!

P.S. please do something about Octopunch. This was HIGHLY annoying...

LOL, i reset him last night and took out 3 or 4 ranks of avoid. but i upped his ram to 10 and finally gave him decent armor

Alldarker is still saving up all his pocket money XP to get Ram up to 10... He still needs about 150,000 xp. I'd like to do it faster by reconfiguring him, but it would mean losing 8 tons of iron armor. Still, it's tempting, very tempting...

you have almost 4 million energon. you can afford the armor. and if times an issue, do it right before bed.

Yeah, it's not the Energon, it's the install time... I might just pump up the Rank at the same time, and install some better armor as well.

I haven't yet invested anything in Rank for any of my team, while Rank is most definitely a useful stat. So I'd say most of my team will be up to at least level 8 before I've maxed out Rank on all of them...

Burn used to always say that a few points in intelligence seems to help them perform better, and if you're goal is level 11, then you're gonna need to put points in the "useless" stuff anyway.

Of course, once upon a time, rank was considered useless.

I'm dumb. Most of my guys are running around without armor. My reasoning is that it's nice to have, like a ten stat, but ultimately not important in missions. If I was an arena dweller, yeah, I'd be worried about 10 strength and 10 armor and only having the best stats, but they're not so important in missions, where you have backup.

everyone on my team has armor. most of my team has rank 4 armor even. i dont see a reason NOT to have it

Strafe and ram bypasses armor. Armor only works on weapon damage. At higher levels, most of your damage comes from tactics and not weapons. Especially in missions. I had thought that there was a fix where armor helped against tactics before, but I was told it wasn't so, and after the SPL, it was proven I was wrong.

All armors weren't nerfed. Iron was really over powered before, and was adjusted to fit in with the rest of the armor. It used to be that the rest of the armors were garbage. *shrug* They're no more nerfed then the rogues are now in WoW after they got rebalanced too.

Do we have an actual database to see where we all stand beyond the basic high score list? I remember someone (Redimus?) doing some score keeping a while back, but since stepping away for a bit then coming back I haven't bothered to look to see if anything like that was still being done.

Not as far as I know. There's just the highscore list/summary page, and then the player rankings page.

since you got a bunch of dual tactic strafers you should be able to make some 6's soon. the 6-9 missions arent bad xp. 400 or 500 exrta for the winner.
