He looks fine to me. Do MMC's cannons even come off? I thought they were permanently attached.

I'd say TFC have got the right colours, but it feels a very busy with regards to their placement.

I can't say I was having any doubts about whether or not to get MMC's Ferocicons, but this has put to rest any notion I had about double-dipping on Predacons.

Yes, I saw that Rhino and Lion are mirrored. And I do realize that, in addition to the arms, the legs don't seem to be attached either.

Did you realize that I was talking abut the 'look' of the legs in combined mode being incoherent? Because I'd rather not have the gestalt legs just look like a full frontal of the 'bot mode.

Sorry misread that as saying "too coherent", I thought you where complaining about it being too symmetrical. Sorry bout that.

I quite agree. I don't know why MMC's doesn't suffer the same thing. Maybe some color on Ares would help. But MMC's legs just look so much better...

Gaps definitely have something to do with it, but I think it's a more general problem of the leg mode not being a distinct leg mode. It looks more like a crumpled version of the robot mode.

I like TFC's Tantrum design better than MMC's. I don't like how MMC'S tantrums legs fold up on the back of the animal mode. Their is too much bulk & kibble on the lower back legs of MMC's Predaking. I do think the MMC's predacons & Predaking is the best version so far. I just wish MMC's version had TFC's Tantrum & Ranhorn.

I noticed that some of these 3rd party combiners have overly sized combiner pieces. making accessories & weapons over sized rarely looks good.
