Burn wrote:Do we need to have the Love and Monsters argument AGAIN?
Darth Bombshell wrote:Burn wrote:You have to wonder after the pitiful season finale (and a pretty lack luster season overall) and the casting of Kylie Minogue plus what some consider the questionable casting of Catherine Tate, if RTD is actually beginning to run out of good ideas.
Did he have any to begin with? I mean, if your resume has such so called classics as "Aliens of London", "World War III" and "Love and Monsters" on it, I wouldn't be surprised to find that you couldn't get work anywhere.
Burn wrote:Insurgent wrote:Why doesn't he go and take a nice sweedish lass or an Australian. The Australian accent is nice on the ears.
What, you want another Tegan?
Insurgent wrote:I really need to watch some older eps of doc who as I have no idea who Tegan is or which doc she followed around.![]()

DARKAGEIS wrote:anybody else get the feeling that 900 year old doctor looked kinda like dobby from harry potter??
maybe thats where all the timelords went, to be house elves?
DARKAGEIS wrote:i think this has been a continuity error between the shows.

Anyone got a torrent or some such?
DARKAGEIS wrote:waaaghlord it cant possibly have been the rani's tardis at the end of torchwood, its the doctors hand, its set to go off when the doctor shows up.
also i think your confusing the timeline of it all.
the end of torchwood series 1 leads right up to jacks apperance in s.3 of dr who, now i know there was a tardis noise and a blowing about of letters, but i think this has been a continuity error between the shows.
on a side note i think bringing back more timelords would really suck, having the doctor and the master as the only remaining 2 is such a good idea.
Doctor Who: comics based on the newest iteration of the long-running BBC television show (now airing in the U.S. on the Sci Fi Network), as well as newly colored reprints of classic Doctor Who comics, featuring art by comics industry legend Dave Gibbons, will begin at the end of 2007. The creative team for the new comics will be Gary Russell, a Doctor Who TV show story editor, and artist Nick Roche.

I made a thread in the cartoons and comics forum about the potential return of Deaths Head as he's faced off against both the Doctor and TF's.
No one seemed to care.
