Thats the IP address of the new server. Some people might still have that saved instead of the domain name.

Yeah, I felt bad putting my level 2 bot in a quint mission. Wouldn't even think of volunteering a level 0 without a deflector mini-con.

Yes. We are basically just testing these things out right now.

thats what ive been pushing for lately. i would want to see it something like this:

either 0-10 so everyone can get in or

0-4 against level 4-6 crockcons/sharkticons
5-10 against level 6-8 sharkticons/judges

or would that be too difficult for lower levels? ah it shouldnt matter, a level 0 cant take a level 6 and we still allow them to join in again the sharks/judges, but dont include anyone above level 8.

Based on what is says in the help section (experience calculator), the face of Wisdom heals the Quint troop to 100%. Not something I want to see in my Quint battle.

will never happen not everyone comes on the board and they see a new type of mission get excited and join in. of course until OS gets the unkowns settled dosen't make too much of a difference at the moment

Not sure what's going on with the Unknowns, 2 of the last 3 missions have had them, none before that. And the mission that didn't get them finished between the two that did, but is numberically higher.

You won't see me entering my level 0 bots into the Quint missions. I may enter in my level 2 bots depending on the allies.

And it's that sort of attitude that discourages the New Blood from playing at all. We have just as much right to join the missions as the "Elite". Although I've stated this about a billion times already I'll bold it this time: HMW is just a game. Dread I know your passionate about the game and I am too but please think before you post. I'm sure alot of the newer kids would like a shot at these missions. I've seen this sort of thing happen every time we have a tournement, cross level, or exciting new mission type. Does it really matter if low levels join the missions or not? And who amoung us can honestly say we never did it at their levels?

man, i just lost 3 minicons in the last half hour...and before that i was doing so well nursing the 12 I had left over from 2 days ago. (was at 7 for almost the past 24 hours...now down to 4 left)

well the argument can go either way.

having low level bots (0-4) in a mission against level 6 and 8 quints makes it way more difficult to get those level 6+ bots in.

on the flip side no one, based on level, should be excluded from playing.

if anything the players who have levels 8 and up are missing out.

so what do you do?

make bracketed missions such as 0-4 and 5-11 and have the opposing quints be weaker in the 0-4 compared to the 5-11. this will also allow more people to play since it allows more missions to be generated to fix those levels and opens up the missions on the higher levels to those of a higher level without having a spot taken by a level 0 and still gives those 0s a mission to play in which will be more beneficial to them so they dont lose right away and can get a chance to actually get more than 400 exp (also the difference between a 0 and 4 is far less than the difference between a 0 and 7).

I went to experiment with Titan, a delfector, and the new quint set ups. Yes, I know, Tutan is playing with the fishies. And yes, I know, The deflector is playing cards with 2 chargers.
