It is a nice idea but what is the point of paying large sums of energon for something that could only be used maybe once. I think the Minicons should disconnect when the bot's health drops below a certain point (like in the Atari game).

Well, I have two more minis to waste (plus one Electrum-creator equipped)
what is electrum??
The best armor in the game, it bascally would need 8 rank to equip, the mini gives you 10 packs of it.

If minicons aren't destroyed, everyone will eventually have one for each of their bots.
Now where's the fun in that?
Burn wrote:It adds strategy and it'll help break up the "clone bots" we have now. Look at it from a game perspective, if everyone can permanently attach mini-cons, then they'd just become another customisation, like upgrading different stats. Killing 'em off and making them hard to acquire gives uniqueness, strategy and variety to the new game.

When you capture a new sector.
Without any shadow of a doubt they WORK. I tested them extensively before pushing this out and did even more tests last night after the rollout. They definitely do what it says they do.Redimus wrote:Im not yet convince they actully work, I know for a fact that the speed one has been utterly usless to me, infact the three I had equiped with that one seem to have performed WORSE. And the strenght one didnt seem to impresive either (although I dont think it is as bad as the speed one).
noticed that as wellRolltide wrote:They also tip off if you died in a mission that is currently running. I'm sure you've noticed the minicon symbol with your chars on the registry page which means they have one powerlinked for the mission they are in. If you refresh the page or leave come back, etc and see that the icon is gone then your bot/con has been stasis locked during the mission. It's come out like this for all of mine so far. Just something that I noticed.
The timing is off. It's just a glitch I need to work out.Bun-Bun wrote:noticed that as wellRolltide wrote:They also tip off if you died in a mission that is currently running. Ahhhh we all pay more for new technologies when we want them the second they come out. I made the same mistake with my first digital television.Nemesis Prime wrote:i knoticed the cost of these little buggers has gone down ^^
<_< dam * shouldve waited yesterday ... droped like 60k on two of them * o well ... got 2 more + now ^^
Oh yes. There will be a TON of new Minicons. Just keep your eyes open because they will be added sporadically.Nemesis Prime wrote:question ? will alternate minicons ever become avail ?? any cannon ones .. ie Optimus Prime's Over-run

It's actually neat to see if your bot/con is still kicking. Although it does suck when you refresh 30 secs into the mission and the minicon icon is gone![]()

Yes there isn't an option to sell them
