The ship has the same colors as Omega Supreme... You think the ship has a robot mode?

Could have been mentioned already and I missed it...

I agree with Saberblade, that's grasping at too many straws... Omega is just a Greek letter...

Apparently because she "had a conversation" with the Allspark, her dad wasn't too concerned with her being with the autobots, he's an old unmarried guy with a kid that is sheltered from other children, etc. It's not my theory but it would be interesting, huh?

I heard it and thought the same when I was watching the episode.

moonie wrote:she must some highly advanced robot to require breathing and concepts like emotions. but still, the robot girl theory is cool for me. ... just as long as she doesn't make out with other robots like some series out there.

She may only have been programed to think she needs to breath and since her father has used Megatron for all of his advancese's in robotic's he could have learned how to program emotoins that way.

The Chaos Bringer wrote:I don't think Sari is a robot. If you were a robot, I think you would know. She acted like she's completely human and proud of it. The conversation with the Allspark was interesting but there's no reason why the Allspark couldn't interact with organic life.

There have been other robots or androids in the genre of Si-Fi that had no clue that they were robots or androids....Star Trek comes to mind.

I liked it. I had my fanboy moments over the refrences they threw in, so I can't wait for the series to really get underway.

Really good show. I liked the very G1 feel too it. Plus the character designs in motion worked quite well.

I've watched it 5 times so far. I love it. This is the first TF series that I will be watching every episode of and collecting the toys from since I was a kid watching G1. I loved everything about the premier movie, the tone, the G1 and movie (both '86 and '07) influence combined with a Justice League/Avengers superhero team feel. Also the complete orginality of the story and human characters that I care about and that are genuinely tied to the Transformers adventures both on the Autobot and Decepticon sides. Making the Decepticons almost legendary uber-powerful villains is pure genius. When they show up it means something. It's not robot gang-war every episode like G1. Fun, adventure, humor and some heavy emotion and brutal battles. It runs the gamut and does it all well. Main characters almost/did die for crying out loud. Starscream was pure evil and the finale battle was hardcore. I can't say enough good about this movie and the promise this series holds. That I'm a fan of the character designs, well-developed personalities, backstories and signature weapons/powers goes without saying. Kudos Cartoon Network and Co.

OH... I hadn't read through ALL of the posts here, and thought the first episode was only an hour long.
So when I saw a time-slot of an hour and a half, I though they were showing Transformers the Movie...

Thanks!!
The good thing is that I don't have to get up as early now as I thought I would!!

Saturday morning. Either 10 or 10:30. (I don't remember which)

And now...my take on this movie...

I thoroughly enjoyed every single bit of it.

It wasn't campy (and just when you thought it was, Prowl was there to mock the notion).

It wasn't corny or cheesy (like G1 and every series since. Even BW had some cheese).

I'm still trying to get used to the stylized look of it, but beyond the visual designs, the show itself is utterly fantastic.

It was funny (without loss in quality).
It was action packed and violent (which shocked me).
Sari is not only adorable, but she's actually likable (incredible..).

...they didn't go wrong, not even once in this whole 65 minute movie. Not once. That's....friggin' incredible!

It copied all of the good segments of the Bay film (Starscream smashing the crap out of Detroit during the final battle, searching for the Allspark, etc) and made them feel like they hadn't been done quite that way before.

And it's a sequel to G1...(that one threw me for a big loop) and this time...Prime's actually smart and action capable. (the previous Primes kinda lacked the oomph that this one has.)

BW is still my number one favorite TF show, ever. Animated however, is so good, it can't simply rest at second place, it's a definite 1.5.

I'm impressed and I was wrong. I thought it would be stupid and goofy and just something to overlook. How wrong I was.

Bring on the animated series, it'll rock our faces off.

I thought it would just be something for my preschool aged kid to watch. Truth be told, I made sure to put him to bed right before the premiere, you know, "just in case". I went in expecting Yo Gabba Gabba and I got something actually enjoyable. And I honestly can't decide which BB is cuter, Animated or Movie. :P

Honestly, I really have to point this out: The only thing it can possibly be is an Alternate reality G1, as far too much doesn't line up with it being a "sequel" to G1 proper.

The G1 footage as history reels really was just there as a nod to hardcore fanbois, not as a 100% storyline accurate piece of history.

It also saves them money.

The creators did a good job confusing fans about that. They throw in G1 footage, and fans of course will assume that it is indeed at least some form of G1 continuity. I think when they did that, they should've figured that we'd tear it completely and utterly apart.

I'm pretty sure that was the intent.....to created a buzz for the show to bring in the hardcore fans.Even if to just see how many G1 refrances they use trew out the serries.

While I can see why people think Sari is a robot (my brother thought the same thing), I think her being a robot wouldruin her role on the show. Shes there to show us the relationship between humans and the Autobots, and her being a robot would just get rid of that side to the story.

Yeah, and it took the power of the Allspark the make Starscream "go away", which nearly killed/did kill Prime.

For once, the Cons are gonna be a real threat to humanity. :APPLAUSE: ;)^
