Caelus wrote:My wife pointed out something interesting about the prehistoric Predacons. I said that everyone was complaining because transforming for them mostly consisted of them just standing up-right. She essentially said, 'So? That's what our ancestors did.'

Since Blackarachnia is now part organic and seems to now have the ability to "spring a leak".

Uhhhhh....maybe you have forgotten but The "Real Optimus Prime with Balls [i](played by Peter Cullen)" did in fact leave his Elita One under not to un-simular circumstances.

yeah but if I recall correctly back then Prime left to go retreat for help and eventually return someday or something along those lines; Elita wasnt about to die that second. Not like in this episode where she was gonna die right there and then and he said "No lets go!"
Not quite the same i dont think.

sto_vo_kor_2000 wrote:Then you remember wrong.Prime was getting on the Ark and leaving Cybertron.Just after Prime said that he would return an explosion happened and Elita disappeared.
Instead of looking around for her he just said saddly "Elita...shes gone" then turned around and got on the Ark.
Here watch the episode:

You can suger coat it all you want but G1 Prime did the same as Animated Prime.
And at least Animated Prime scaned for her energy sig.
Sabrblade wrote:God Magnus wrote:Sentinel Prime is voiced by The Tick! Neat!
Sentinel Prime pretty much IS The Tick.
MatchTheyIgnite wrote:Nekoman wrote:So I believe tomorrow’s episode is the one where Blackarachnia appears, correct? It says in the summary that its Bumblebee and Bulkhead’s first Halloween, now I’m hoping there will be no farfetched super villains in this episode unlike almost every episode before it, but seriously, they’re first Halloween? This sounds corny as everything from just the summary alone. Couldn’t they have thought up something better?
But they did it so well! I was laughing so hard when Bulkhead had that big cloud of dust with dead insects pouring out from under him. That was great.

but it was understood that he was leaving and Elita knew that, she wanted to go but Prime said it was too Dangerous. She ended up surviving though. Not like here in this case where Prime Left his Girlfriend to die when she cried for help.

sto_vo_kor_2000 wrote:G1 Prime had no idea that she survived and he did nothing to look for her.
He saw the missiels coming and all he did was scream "look out!!!!!".
I saw him do more for the Dinibots once for crying out loud.
At least Animated Prime tryed to chatch his Elita with a grappling hook.
And it looked like Animated Elita was no ones girlfriend.Or she was a ho![]()
Like I said you can suger coat it all you want but G1 Prime did no better then Animated Prime when it came to leaving Elita behind.

Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.

Actually, there was an Elita-1 toy released in a non-G1 toyline. It was the Movie line. A Target-exclusive Scout (Basic, Hasbro, BASIC!) class redeco of Energon Arcee. While she had no fictional appearances, her toy character is still part of the Movie universe, which makes this Animated episode Elita-1's second appearance outside of G1.
