The fight was just there to waste enough time so that the train would be far enough away from the Autobots that another plot contrivance had to kick in which was to send in the teenagers. Now what they expected a couple of unarmed teens to do against a unit of trained commandos with advanced weaponry is beyond me. But hey, they were spunky.

with Clancy Brown's voice to boot! Why hasn't he ever been used in Transformers yet?! His voice is amazing!
So it's finally happened Mr Krabs is now in the TF Universe. Only Rodger Bumpass left then all major SBSP v.a's have been in the TFU. Im still waiting for Mark Hamill and Ron Perlman to voice in TFU oh ok might as well add Bruce Campbell to the list as there has been other horror icons (Combs, Todd) involved as well. Give it time gal it will happen.

I guess even that was because he had some knowledge of the Dark Energon, which he and Prime went to counter.
He should really get out sometime and scrap some 'Cons up. Maybe even get his own Human partner. Listen to some music, go sightseein', drive across the Country. I mean, the 'Bots can survive a day without him, can't they? He should really have a day off.
Maybe, if we're lucky, they'll make a special episode, on which he is either taking a day off or (knowing him) forced to take a day off.
And the meanwhile the Autobots at the base have some problems during which they would need his help.

Here are my issues.
1) Haven't we seen Sooper Sekrit Human Organization Out To Rule The World Suddenly Interested in Cybertronian Tech before? Machination? The Initiative (Yes, I suffered through Nefarious. Such is my devotion to my robots), the on-again-off-again hatemance of Skywatch? Seriously, Orci/Kurtzman? First Driftjack and now this? Are y'all even capable of original thought?
Two words that will answer all of this for ya...
CHILDRENS SHOW!
You need to take that in mind when watching these shows. If they are recycling a few ideas whats the harm in that? The point is there being introduced to TF like we were.

MAJOR concern:
2) These Mech idiots (OH I can't wait to hear what the acronym stands for!) upstaged a Decepticon assault. I reaaaaaaaally am in dread fear that they become more of an ongoing villain than, ya know, the actual Decepticons.
I'm really wanting to like this series, honestly, and...every week bit by bit they're kind of eroding my affection.
How did they upstage the decepticons? They (the humans) pretty much got there ass's handed to them. As for them becoming an ongoing villain, ya i can see that. At some point i can even see them working with the decepticons (only as ong as Megatron is in stasis and Starscream is at the helm).
Suck my popsicle!! :p

In that regard, it's kinda like how G1 was before it introduced supplementary gimmicks in addition to simple transformation. Maybe, since this series is supposed to last for about a decade, it might be working from the ground up to introduce its world in a gradual growth, akin to how the G1 media grew from something simplistic into the huge saga that it became.

crashhcourse wrote:Hm. I couldn't have a more opposite opinion. The nature of this show precludes that the Villians ultimately must lose (or it's end game for the show). If the main Villian loses every episode, it loses its' threat level. If you mix it up, when the main Villian does come on the scene, it could actually be a game changer. Therefor, the more worldbuilding and the more levels of complexity the better, imop. I don't want to be able to predict what's going to happen from episode to episode. Kill em, replace em, ressurect em, marry em off to a cousin who's really Starscream in a wig, i don't care -just keep me guessing!
It makes sense to "replace" Megatron with Starscream; we expect Starscream to constantly screw up. It doesn't make Megatron look as bad if someone else is screwing up and he isn't capable of stopping them.

(5<2) But then again most of the real D'Cons have either dealt with or they don't take part in combat. And the rest are just the Army-full of sentient drones (or clone-army).

I was thinking maybe an armored van of sorts.psj333 wrote:After seeing the trailer of Episode #10: Deus Ex Machina in the Transformers: Prime cartoon series, it appears to most of us that Breakdown's vehicle mode is finally been revealed, although not well detailed. While Bulkhead's vehicle mode is a Hummer-like pickup, Breakdown's vehicle mode in this series is not a sports car as he originally was in Generation One, but quite possibly, a monster delivery van of sorts. At this time, whether this version of Breakdown is really a delivery van or not, I really don't know. Judging by his vehicle mode half-detailed, can you guess what type of vehicle that Breakdown really is in Transformers: Prime?
But I'm more concerned about another thing. WHERE HAS HE BEEN FOR THE LAST TEN EPISODES?!!! He pummels Cliffjumper and Arcee with Starscream and then just up and disappears! What gives!?

Well, he was gonna go get everyone lunch, and someone jokingly suggested he go get Megatron's order. He had not been heard from since.

Where are you getting that these character were intentionally based off of the comic characters?psj333 wrote:Is it quite possible that the Prime Breakdown will likely be inspired by a DC comic book character called, Bane?
What is with your obsession over this new Breakdown? How can we know anything about his cartoon portrayal if WE HAVEN'T EVEN SEEN IT YET?!psj333 wrote:Now that Breakdown finally returns in the continuous Transformers cartoon series, he looks completely different, and is now much taller, bigger, stronger, louder. meaner, vicious, and more sicker than ever. Because of these Breakdown's current traits, will these make Breakdown the most biggest, toughest, scariest, and the most powerful Decepticon in the Transformers universe, or there is someone else who is more evil and much more intimidating than him?
His appearance in the Prime graphic novel told us nothing of him either than what he looks like and that he's a big bruiser. WE KNOW NOTHING MORE THAN THAT! NO ONE DOES!
Honestly, man, if you want to know about this guy, at least wait until the episode has aired.
How can anyone know the answers to what you're asking if such information simply does not exist?

Sabrlade is right, all he does is ask questions we can't answer. it would make sense if he asked one or two, but he keeps asking questions about a subject we've repeatedly told him no one knows anything about.
