A term that is both annoying and nonsensical. The HEALTHY and FIT female AND male body have a distinct shape. So why it's only the females get "sexualised" when represented accurately and never the males? Why the female body is seen as "EVIL" but not the male?
Only religious puritains are this sensitive usually.
BTW, sexy things can be seen in the clouds, the cracks on the floor, and even STICK FIGURES. It's human nature. No biggie. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

IMO, the only times the term "sexualised" should be used is when obvious naughty bits are blatantly featured in the bot design. So far, only 3P dared to venture in that territory.

Scale can never be exact in transformer toys, but it can get close. (see my explanation above for more details)

Yes, there is nothing wrong with female transformers having a few curves (they should). But it shouldn't go overboard. No-one (except perverts) want female transformers walking around in bikinis. We have to find the balance. I have more to say, but I don't want to start a war or get kicked of Seibertron for having an
"oppinion" so I might just leave it at that.

As far as I'm concerned TR Arcee is just regular Arcee armored up for combat.

Arcee = Samus in her Zero Suit
TR Arcee = Samus in her Power Armor

You know what's really weird? 10 years ago Hasbro did Marvel robots in a "Flip &Attack" line that were basically Jumpstarters but never used that same mechanism in Transformers again.

Amazing they never made the Big Five as jumpstarters yet. Imagine Jumpstarter Optimus, Megatron Bumblebee, Soundwave, Starscream...

Also regarding Arcee/Samus, 2 points:

1) I never thought of the TR form like that, it's a good point.

2) I also never realised how much height the Varia Suit added to Samus...those are some platform boots.

That Arce is too much like Blur in a line that had too many Blur reuses. I waffled on it for a time - for some reason having a lot of deluxe Arcees (including 3P) made me want more - but I really dislike it.

I'd be down for a Headmaster Arcee that looks like the one in the cartoon.

While much of the Sunbow animation was ..iffy, for the most part. Some parts - oddly commercials advertising the toys or comics. Really shone through with higher quality animation. Therefore, it stands to reason if the current ethos of the MP collection is "anime accurate". Since there are no licensing issues and with decent reference material to draw from. The above Masters should be a no brainer to add to the line. Right?

Also, original design Megatron as a retool, would be nice...

A shame the upcoming SS Arcee doesn't look any better than the old LG release of the T30 mold, but an even greater shame is we'll never get her in police colours.

That's a nifty looking redeco for Arcee, it suits her.

So this would be a good opportunity to use the Transformers R.E.D. toyline to make toys based on the movie human characters.

True It is easy to forget that as far as G1 is concerned. Season One is the only part, considered so poorly represented or acknowledged. That it has required nearly 20 years of undivided attention...

A lot of the Takara Series characters could have been part of this line without any of the legal issues that plague the licensed vehicles. Basically every new character after The Movie, come to think of it.

But the mindset for the G1 MP line is basically:

I hope not, RED is a terrible rip off that makes me mad and want to throw a Cyberverse Deluxe Windblade at s face. Imagine some kid goes to walmart to buy a transformer, gets a RED figure, and goes home to discover that it can't even transform.

IMO that comic art Megatron is miles better looking than the cartoon version. We definitely should have gotten a Selects release of it, just as it looks in that profile art. It's beautiful. I'll gladly give up 3 or 4 of the useless redecos that mold did get in exchange for this.

They did miss a chance at that with SG Megatron: the original BotCon one used that comic Megatron head design.

Yes I had planned on purchasing a SG Megatron just for the headswap with the Earthrise version, but then I found a customized one online that I bought. Probably for the better, I might have broken the figures in the attempt.
