Been debating whether to the get or pass on the 8” Voltron for months now. Just when I decided I’ll pick him up, my target didn’t have that value set with all 5 of them and my walmart didn’t have the complete set. My TRU on the other hand, had all of them for 30% off Paint is ok, but didn’t expect him to be that heavy

Went to a local garden centre today, and they had some Papo toys. I got this cute little scorpion for the resonable sum of £5.

I love these things. I'm tempted to get another one and paint him up to go with my...mind bogglingly vast collection of tabletop game miniatures...which I still need to finish painting...Yeah maybe not.

Still, they are great.

As for the rest of the girls, I don't remember any names, despite having seen the series.

So here's the twins, the Tsundere and the Kuudere. It's hard to see but they each have their "antenae" hair going down. Very thin strands that may look like molding defects, but it's actually part of their hair. Canon from the anime!



Here's the BSB (Big Sis Bitch). She pose before she'll fall on her butt like a dummass? Still, sexy tho.

The "little sister" who will NEVER have MC's D because she have the curse of being the childhood friend.

Ghost girl. Why "ghost"? Because she barely a background character in the anime. Maybe in the original games she's more important.

All of these girls show pantsu... very DETAILED pantsu. But I won't show them here. Those delicious pantsu are MINE to gaze at!

That was randomly planned, but that extra shelf I installed on my fake-fireplace furniture fit all the girls perfectly! I'm pretty glad of the final result, despite the proportions between the girls being a bit wonky, due to various head sizes.

By the way, Yellow Pigtailed Girl was the only one from Ebay.

That's why I love Mandarake. There's always stuff popping up on there that would have cost three times the price a few years ago, especially the older Koto stuff and most To Heart figures. Especially Tamaki! Holy cow, there was a time when it seemed like someone was announcing a new one every week. According to MFC there are 265 figures out there of just her alone! She isn't even that interesting looking and a lot of her figures look the same. Though I'm sure someone out there has a amazing shrine.

Went to the flea market for TF hunting... Came back with none. However, I did found some great treasures at reasonable prices.

Two vintage FP Little People to go with my farm. Plus the EXACT SAME tractor with grain trailer that I had in my early childhood. (end of 1970's) It's beaten up and rusted, but all mechanisms work perfectly and it roll like a charm. I remember having to give it away because "I was too old for this". It was in pristine condition too. It was the same day that I had to get rid of Defensor.... Come on, dad!



Also, Izuna 2 for DS. 100% complete and perfect. I never played the game and my DS is charging right now. One thing is sure is that I paid it only 30$CAN while that game usually go from 60$CAN to 100$CAN! I was lucky. Now to find the even rarer first game for the same price......

I found this Silverhawk Flashback (without backlash ) at a local consignment shop. Cheep!!

Picked up Bring Arts 2B of NieR: Automata fame from my local nerd shop for the rather extravagant price of £70.


The good: She poses nicely, the stand is ingenious, the actual sculpting is great, the face is bang-on, and she's definitely a good representation of 2B. Also the Machine Lifeform (not pictured) is amazing. Also, BUCKET.
The bad: Some of the joints are a bit too tight, assembling the stand is scary and the lack of a Virtuous Contract is a shame.
The ugly: Where the paint is good, it's good. Where it's not, it's godawful. Not bootleg tier but still bad. The worst offender by far is the skirt which has been sloppily drybrushed (though in her defence it kinda looks like sand/dust from being in the desert).

Overall, I feel she's a bit overpriced and lacking in presentation, but as a poseable 2B she's good enough, and the Machine is awesome. I'd only recommend it to people who love NieR: Automata, and even then, wait for a good deal. Still, if you do find it for a sensible price, buy it.
