As for the wheel bot thing, Demolisher is the only one that I count. Sideswipe presumably could turn his wheel feet into regular feet, and the Arcees had so much wrong with thier designs imo that a wheel was really no big deal. But yes, also Demolisher was gone far too fast, and that sucked. I also would have liked to see robo modes for the other Constructicons.
As for Rampage, I dont really care for the toy because he has no feet and is a pain to standup. The jackhammer thing was good stuff in the movie, but as far as action figures go, I like to be able to have them stand on their own. But the red Rampage is cooler looking than the yellow one, for sure.

Plus there is a lot of action and mutilating Decepticons! What I don't like is the damn toilet humor. Seriously, it could've been left out. I just try to dismiss that and focus on the Transformers instead. I also recognize the movies as my personal favorite continuity, but I still think G1 is of the same caliber.

The movie transformers were totally kickass compared to their G1 counterparts... A lot more action and Prime was way more badass.... But G1 will still have a fond spot in my heart.
I did have one hate. I didn't like the design and look of movie Devastator...... I would have liked something slightly similar to the G1 for him..... The movie version looked like a squatting gorilla about to do a ****..
There were some great designs on the net for him, like this one.

Quite like this version.

The only things about Devastator that was to note bad were the wrecking-ball locating, lack (or not displaying) weapons, and the combiners problem.

That's what **** me off about both movies. The amound of toilet humour...... Was it really needed, and who thought it was a great idea?
Red 50 wrote:One thing in G1 that I specially didn't like was that the Decepticons always lost so heavily, did so little damage, plotted always to get some weapons and failed miserabily.
The movie Con's don't plot that much, they don't try to get the weapons, and they can actually fight, deal some damage
This isn't the energy-war anymore, this is actually war for power and control.

Probably some random immature writer thought: Duuuuude this is gonna be soooo funny. Let's do it this way instead!
Then we get the modern American sense of humor. I'm so proud to be an American (sarcasm). Is Australia any good? I might head that way.

Comedy here is much worse...... Comedians seem to think that if you don't do toilet humor you are not funny.
It gives me the shits.

I'm also one of the few who likes Devastator's ROTF design(well, I think we're few, I don't know), but I'm not huge on G1 accuracy, I like the personality and some things to be similar or the same, but I like how Giant Vacuum Bot turned out. The image mentioned a few posts above for Devastator really doesn't seem to fit the Movie look at all, I like how he was executed, what I DON'T like is how he was wasted and how his components are all confusing(I, despite how incorrect this most likely is, shall consider it that there was just 8 Constructicons).
Though, I have yet to see all of G1 as I was born 10 years after it, I'm definitely enjoying it, but the Movies will probably remain my favorite.

JohnOfTardis67 wrote:So can someone explain why toilet humor seems to pervade so many movies including transformers?
And why can't good comedians make original stuff that isn't that?

Ha! That's how I think! If people arn't being slaughtered in your jokes, and you're not talking about fecal matter, I don't find you funny.
JohnOfTardis67 wrote:And don't forget that awful joke when Sam gets Mikaela into his car "I want to ride you home" awkward.......
It was funny the first couple of times but then grows stale.
Ones that annoyed me were his parents... I wanted them dead.
His mother after she eats the doped cookies.. telling all the girls her son lost his virginity ..... Wasn't necessary and just felt like someone threw that in there just for the hell of it. In fact all the scenes with his parents in ROTF ..
I agree with you soo much on this! I didn't mind either that he had a girlfriend, but I hated how the movies portrayed her. To be honest, she is mainly there for masturbation fuel, because the writers think that male moviegoers can only think with their dongs, and that they aren't able to enjoy a movie without a jiggling bimbo thrown in.Bee27 wrote:
What I HATED about the movie is all the tits and ass stuff, I mean WTF?! I think it's awesome that Sam has a gf in the movie, but she doesn't have to take almost all the attention, transformers doesn't need that ****. I totally understand that sex sells and all, but I still hated it. (I think Megan Fox is hot though, despite of being dumb)
