This got me looking over Alpha Trion's entry on Tfwiki. I had no idea that the first widely-available G1 Alpha Trion toy was the Legacy toy in 2022, almost 40 years after the character debuted.

Of course, this is excluding the legends toys that barely resemble the character that came with Sovereign and Ultra Magnus

Beyond that, the first widely-available Alpha Trion toy G1 or otherwise only released three years earlier in 2019 with the Cyberverse line
What about the Titans Return toy?

Also, the Legacy toy was a PulseCon 2022 exclusive 2-pack with Orion Pax.

Ah, I misread the Tfwiki page. Its listed as 'Autobot Sovereign & Alpha Trion', so without looking too closely at the image, I assumed Sovereign was the big bot and Alpha Trion was a small toy, like with Legends Ultra Magnus.

Yeah, for some reason, every single toy in Titans Return had the little Titan Master's name listed first on the packaging.

Wasn't it because in canon technically the Titan Master was the living character and the larger bot was considered just a vehicle, much like in the Japanese Headmasters and Masterforce? IIRC that's how IDW handled Sentinel in fiction.

IDW did do that with Sentinel, yes, but Hasbro proper stuck to the notion of the body and head being partners who were both alive, which was reflected in the Titans Return marketing material and also seen in the Machinima Titans Return cartoon in which Fortress Maximus and the Titan Master Emissary were separate living individuals who could function independently from each other.

I try to erase that cartoon from my memory banks. Redneck Overlord was funny at 1st but now it's just ridiculous. So I was going mainly by the IDW comic.

Would be kind of odd that the Prime of Combiners wouldn't be combining with anything. I guess another option is, as a voyager he could be just a parts-former ala Trashmaster.
Since he seems to have all three spots in that Voyager case to himself based on the leaks, I'm wondering if Nexus is gonna do a bot-mode version of the Reflector thing, where you're intended to get multiples of the figure and combine them with each other to make a bigger Nexus. No idea how actually feasible it'd be engineering-wise, but it's a cool idea.

This may be old news now, but I hadn't looked for AotP Silverbolt on Amazon for at least a few weeks. But randomly looking for other TF items, the listing showed up. Basically $98 with tax in the U.S.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DM6WPMLF?re ... asin_title

Still wondering what happened with the first listing where delivery was supposed to happen in the first couple weeks of April. Either way, just funny that now this will be one of the last figures I get for the year, with delivery scheduled for November 3rd. Of course, it may show up early, but hopefully not too close to the SS CC Constructicon set.

The original Listing sold out at some point which is why you couldn't find it, but looks like Amazon secured more stock for pre-orders. I pre-ordered from the original posting that was clearly flat out wrong for saying due in April. It sat in limbo with no delivery date until a week or 2 ago when they confirmed the new estimated delivery in November. So whatever you are seeing now is the same listing, just available again.

So, I ended up getting Solus as well as the 2 aerialbots. I was going to skip the aerialbots, but I saw air raid at target and ended up being attracted to him in person. After that, I got Slingshot.

Of the 3, I think my favorite is Slingshot. The first aerialbot to not be a robot under a jet! All 3 are fun, with Air Raid being the weakest, but all are fun and worth it.

I am also glad I went in on aerialbots with Skybound bringing in the team.

Also got to show off Red Alert and the Fallen. Red is solid, if a bit lacking thanks to the gimmicks. He feels more like Megs where the lack of gimmicks kinda outweighs his improvements. The Fallen is simply spectacular.

I also got G2 Grimlock, still a solid mold, I love the blue.

Also, I have started accumulating photos of my Primes. One could say we have a real Prime War on our hands.

I had my preorder secured as soon as that listing was available... I was part of the group who had this figure supposedly being delivered and that same day it was canceled. There was no "in-limbo" period for my order. It went from shipped to "delivery by 9pm tonight" to canceled.

I was in the same group as you and ordered immediately, just mine never got cancelled. Mine went from delivery tonight to "we're sorry for the delay and will let you know when we have a new delivery date." The same thing happened for Titan Star Optimus, except he's still in limbo. No clue how Amazon decided what to cancel and what to leave stuck in limbo.

The 2-pack with Spinister and Topspin was supposed to get here in August and I got an email telling me it will be delivered on Monday. I look forward to it, but I wish Amazon had a feature that requires the customer to confirm the delivery date changes, as I was not expecting to spend the extra $54 this week.

Carnivac and Fisitron also got moved up, so I'm up to an extra $108 this week.

The Studio Series listings already got posted, but we also got new 2026 Age of the Primes listings from JTPrime17 as well, and they are....actually a bit confusing.

No AOTP Titan in 2026. That’s because Studio Series is getting its first Titan instead. AOTP will have 2 Commanders instead.

For all this to add up with what we already had, we're looking at 2 5-Deluxe waves (something we haven't seen since Siege Wave 5) and a 3-Voyager wave somewhere in here. Tried to fit it in with the previous stuff based on product numbers and got this:
aotp year 2 holes updated.jpg

Anyone got any ideas who "Jalopy" and "Unicron Soldier" are? I can't find any specific characters that already exist using either name. I thought the Soldier might be a Prime Terrorcon at first, but I don't know why the listing wouldn't just say that, and I don't remember any of the generic/non-Skyquake ones being that big anyway.

Re-do since the previous one was universally panned?

Why? From that set, the one to pull out make generality available should have been Cliffjumper, not Fangry.

Odd, not sure it has an y other repaints beyond galavtron. Don't think they'd ego for the Black Megatron though.

Could just be a simple package refresh of the normal Armada Megatron from Legacy Evolution. Not entirely sure why, though, since he wasn't particularly hard to find.

Same reason Bumblebee and Gears were: because the Retro line is exclusive to Walmart.

I thought they weren't doing straight PRs anymore.

We don't have a deluxe wheelie like Gears or Bumblebee , so either they're using the Core class, not sure anyone is "wheeling" to pay 25 bucks for , or they're making a new mold that starts off being exclusive.
Much like VW Bee for Netflix.

Also, likely a two tone orange deco with an orange face then to be toy accurate.

Wow, I'm going to save so much money next year! Only must haves are Tailgate and maybe Outback.
Hopefully Windcharger is sooner rather than later. Curious what the second Commander will be.

Retro Wheelie is what surprises me, are they going to make an new actual DLX version of him? Because the current version isn't worth $25 IMO. If so I just might get it. Also, I'm still waiting on Seaspray!

Oh, are there anymore Primes coming in AOTP? I see Vector listed but isn't that just a reissue of Legacy figure? I was thinking that I wouldn't mind a G1 version of Sentinel Prime, or Titans Return version.

The chart posted above by Nemesis Primal shows otherwise.

Therein lies the mystery of what his toy will be, but the notion of it being a Walmart exclusive was a given by its being a Retro figure.

Liege Maximo is on this list too. And this list is for much later in the 2026 line, with the chart posted above by Nemesis Primal showing more Primes (particularly Quintus Prime and Amalgamous Prime) coming earlier than the ones in this list.

I'm getting the Combaticons and am looking forward to this new Bruticus.

While I would love to get a new Predaking, based on what's been revealed, the other CC figure doesn't seem to be a combiner leader... My guess on Hot Spot was definitely wrong.

A new Selects Multi-pack? Considering I have basically ever character I really want, I don't see getting this, but that Autobot 5-pk is so good, I'm interested in seeing who this includes.

If Nemesis Primal's wave schedules are right, including what's being released in SS86, the first quarter of next year will be an exciting time.
