Yeah, my five year old isn't quite ready for it. Neither am I, for different reasons.

However, I can get behind the thought.

Just finished it. Thought it was a great movie. Had really low expectations and the movie turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. :D
same here! the shredder/splinter fight in the middle was the highlight for me. and in general it was quite funny.

All of us have got it pretty good. Smile. Enjoy your hobby folks. Collecting Transformers is fun stuff!

My wife's making popcorn.

Well, we're actually having family movie night watching Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2014) for the first time and my daughter requested popcorn. So there's that. It smells good. I'm having a couple of beers (Revolution Anti-Hero IPA from Chicago if you're curious).

Carry on. But lighten up please. :D

This is what we're always telling our 9 week old daughter who hasn't gotten the hang of smiling more than a few times a day yet:

I agree this hobby should be about having fun. Some people get too wound up in the corporate aspect of the brand. You have a justified reason because you are running a business. But these fans need to stick to being fans and stop trying to fight Hasbro's battles for them. Hasbro doesnt give a crap about my opinion so they shouldnt either. Enjoy the movie with your family Ryan. Drink one for me ! ;)

On a somewhat related note, we know Hasbro likes to reveal at ToyFair NY, do we have any inkling of when TT will announce MP-25? (I mean officially, let's not start the whole what's confirmed or not thing again)

the last few takara MP reveals came from webstore listings, like BBTS with a G1 box art pic.

A little late to the party Hasbro but it looks like you are making a very impressive entry in the Devastator scale. This will stand tall next to my TFC Hercules, which I still have no issue buying. Everyone who bought a third party Devy should buy this. The price will most certainly be cheaper so you can't argue that. I am a little wary on the height but judgement will be made on nice clear pics. I may need to update my signature now.

Going out of there way to please the fans by attending all of those conventions. Creating Two whole entire Transformers toy lines for the older fans called Masterpieces and Generations.

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I was certain Takara was the one helming he masterpiece line. They are the ones who choose which toy is next and are in charge of design, right?

I'm sure Hasbro has a say in some of it because they're ultimately looking for products that they can have in their markets too. If Takara just started making figures for the Japanese market and ONLY the Japanese market, things could get dicey for the rest of us pretty quick. It's the balance between Hasbro and Takara that makes all of this work so well.

Didn't Hasbro request Grimlock? The Dinobots aren't all that popular in Japan but Hasbro knew he would be a massive seller for the western market.

Low expectations are a good thing. I saw TMNT and Robocop with low expectations but ended up enjoying them. Shredder was not good but I enjoyed the rest.

He's a teenager, she is very hot. It also was kinda half serious, not the obsession Donatello has in the amazingly good Nickelodeon show.

Possibly at the Tokyo Toy Show on June 18th. It was where they revealed Soundwave, I believed back in 2012.

Haven't seen that show, but are they also her pets in the cartoon? That caught me off guard as well, as well as no Krang or Mousers.

Please, lets not try to blame others for the Disruptiveness in this thread. Because others are not the blame here.

Some tried to nicely explain things to you regarding toyfair rules in a attempt to calm you down. Calling them Pro-Hasbro insults for their efforts is just disrespectful.

No. I highly advise you to watch the show if you ever liked TMNT in the past. It's been a favorite of mine since the original cartoon but I have to say, like Transformers Prime, it is the best it has ever been.

Never been a HUGE TMNT fan, but that show is great. I really dig the art direction they took this time around.

I give up. But you know, they were talking about Donatello earlier, who is my favourite turtle. He has the same colour scheme as Devastator.

Awesome glimpse of the big guy....

I don't suppose we have an expected height on this thing do we? Devastator has always been my favorite combiner... Something about the 'first' one that made all the heroes wet themselves when it first combined... So much awesome.

Love to know how tall this is... and afraid to ask what the price will be... Everything else can be put on the back burner and revealed as they fit... but those two things have me chomping at the bit.
