These new cards have inspired me to do THIS. I have a file cabinet for all card backs, instructions, and anything else like stickers, collector cards, etc.Editor wrote:I keep a large binder full of page protectors. Started when I restarted collecting during Energon.

Well I am Australian. It's kinda what we're known for.

Thank you Sir Knight. Thank you for some positivity. We need more around here. I was already excited, but now that you're so excited, I'm even more excited!!!!KnightAero wrote:Ok so I REALLY don't get why G1 fans are dogging Superion so much. Seriously this guy made me have flash backs of memories from the 80's. Alpha Bravo sure, whatever he wasn't original, but WOW fantastic!
Me too...and the coupon.I seriously can't wait till Wave 2 comes out, and I can get them... (Hopefully soon I just got another dang coupon!)

Menasor looks a lot better when the legs are displayed as below. Now just a case of whether I want him to have the chest open, or closed. I'm thinking closed at the moment, looks a lot less top heavy. Would like to see another pic of him like this with Blackjack in there, but so far I've not been keen on how Blackjack looks sitting in there.
I just tried it with Prime. Actually they are less impeded that when in the intended mode.SKYWARPED_128 wrote:Question about those legs: to the hip joints still work with the legs displayed like that?

Also, I just realized the plates that fold up from the lower leg are different sculpts between OP and MM.

This could well put the Stunticon set back on my to-buy list; the "birthing hips" from the earlier pics really killed it for me.

Why don't you get the comics? I was under the impression that Wave 1 deluxes only have cards, then Wave 2 deluxes onwards would have comics. Or do some countries specifically get only cards even in Wave 2/3 deluxes?
Do your Hasbro IDW releases also come without comics? I'm in Malaysia and our Hasbro IDW deluxe releases all have comics while the TakaraTomy ones don't (but in the case of Legends LG10 Arcee, the instructions have a tiny Japanese 2-page comic.)
we do not have a French version available at this time. Unfortunately, we are not permitted to ship English language toys to addresses in the province of Quebec if we do not have a French version available, per the terms of Quebec's Charter of the French Language. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

I dont get the comics because we have laws that forbid products to be sold unless there is a french translation. That also means they can never have the platinum editions in store and that I cant order them from their website either. I have asked many times and keep getting this same response:we do not have a French version available at this time. You can do anything with Optimus Prime's legs when forming Ultra Prime:
The narrow hips is much like almost every third-party combiner, which I don't like because they tend to have Voyager-class hips.
That said, Superion is far, far more stable and poseable in default configuration, despite lacking waist rotation.

Sadly it isn't Canada, just Quebec. I've been in Toronto since August but I lived in Quebec for my whole life. It really sucks and the OQLF have been getting really uppity about **** online recently. That being said, they can only target online stores that also have physical locations in Quebec. Have you tried ordering from bigbadtoystore.com?

As for stability, I'll probably be able to make do by improvising on how I pose Menasor. He'll be strictly for display in an enclosed glass shelf--I can lean him against the glass a little for support if necessary.

Yarb.
Step one: get a binder and sheets.
Step two: put your stuff in said binders and sheets.
Step three: grab a pint and/or Cornetto.
Step four: kick back and watch Bad Boys 2 or Point Blank.
Hows that for a slice of fried gold.
