so far I have menasor and superion. Will get the protectabots and combaticons. Will get sky Lynx but will pass on cyclonus, the Optmus primes and the auto bots no matter how strong the urge to recreate the masquerade episode is.

Re scattershot, he's too similar to silverbolt and without a proper team to go with him... I'm sure there are sketches in a vault somewhere of all the technobots, terror cons and predacons. The latter would make a great second voyager combiner like the constructions.

I was really hoping that what we saw previously was unfinished but alas it was not. This is the first release from this line that I'm truly disappointed with and will actually be passing on.

Eh, easy pass on this one. I like the CW line, but that doesn't mean I'm going to get every gaudy repaint they make. When would it be available anyway? Aside rant: HasbroToyShop hasn't updated their online inventory in any significant way in months, especially for the combiner wars figures. They haven't even got wave 4 listed. And even the wave 1/2/3 stuff, like 90% is 'we do not have sufficient inventory at this time'.

They bellyache constantly that sales aren't 'what they expected' from quarter to quarter. Maybe if they had their stuff AVAILABLE for purchase they'd get more sales!

Since HTS is a third party licensed seller, hasbro doesnt get more money selling through them than Toysrus or Walmart (in terms of potential gross revenue, they get much less since HTS is only online).

I'm not Sure how I feel about Betatron. His robot mode looks decent but his torso mode is just to red. I can see the Tripredacus Ramhorn being remoulded into Nosecone but I don't what else Takara could use for Computron.

To be dead honest guys, if Hasbro's Computron would be this Scattershot and that ramhorn mold for nosecone, I would be very very sad and probably not buy it.

Now there is still hope, guys and gals. Remember, the TFCC General Ramhorn figure is pretty much Nosecone. If the rest of the Technobots get released eventually, I'll be able to find Scattorshot online somewhere. But if not, than I won't.

Breakdown/Deadend for lightspeed
And an aerial bot/possible New mold for strafe.

Yeah, could have been better.

On the other hand, it could have been worse, as well. It could have been a straight redeco with no remolding at all. No new wings, no new robot mode head, no new jet body, none of that.

If Takara makes a legit Computron, then (besides 1-step Stinger) I will take the plunge and go takara. Will be a bit expensive, but I want a Computron!

At which point they would probably want to start doing the titan wars stuff. But maybe they'll continue to do them at the same time. I still say they should be releasing individual packs of groove and blastoff, they'd make a killing >:oP
