So the one with the lightbar? Isn't that a little lame?
The SW version of the mold has always held together better than my DE, who's legs separate and the combiner peg falls out if you so much as look at it funny. While that might not happen with every DE, I'd rather not take the chance.

Yes, DE has issues, that's absolutely true, but Brake-Neck/Wildrider uses the same lightbarless version of the mold and he's much more solid than Deady, doesn't seem to suffer from those problems. One of those weird cases where a reuse of the mold seemed to come out less "degraded" than the initial use of the mold.

I hope they fix Afterburner, he looks bad to me, with that silly banana windshield. I'd also like some color changes here and there- especially silver hubcaps.

Honestly though, that's just the one non hateable thing on one of my least favorite toys ever. I really hate that toy. From his stupid skinny arms that don't move very well to his stupid half-a-car-that-doesn't-transform-and-just-flips-over-his-back car hood that restricts arm movement, to his stupid dis-jointed elbows to his stupid harem pants.
God I hate that toy.

But my Onslaught seems to have two noticeable flaws. First, his right leg doesn't want to slide all the way in on the swivel tab. I can push it in but it slides back out to where you see in the pictures. i can't find any excess mold flash or other deformities on the peg or inside the slot so I really don't know what's going on here.

Secondly, his head only sits at a downward angle. Again, it can be moved up (with some force), but it defaults back to "looking down on you". I haven't taken it off the socket yet so I don't know if there's a deformed ball joint causing this or what, but it's annoying. I'm thinking about trying to find another and returning this one or something.

And as you can see from the combiner lineup, I still need Streetwise, Blades, Vortex, and Blast Off. Sadly I can't justify spending over $60 for simple redecos right now. Hoping to find a sale.

Nope, those shoulders are some of the worst points of articulation that I've ever seen, absolutely loathsome, it was an instant deal breaker - especially when rid megatronus managed the exact same thing and looked epic whilst doing it
