By making us look to that area, I just spotted something I didnt see before. The new guns for the takara version act as exhaust ports/boosters in vehicle mode.

Seibertron.com isn't solely a forum. Have you ever used the navigation menu at the top of the banner on every page to see all that this site offers? There's the main page, the news section, the RSS feeds, the toy galleries, the toy sightings section, the eBay store, the cartoons section, the cartoon summaries section, the comic books section, the caption contest, the movie galleries, the Twincast Podcast RSS feed, the Twincast Podcast on iTunes, the Seibertron YouTube channel, the DVD galleries, the events section, the Vector Sigma Database (which was once arguably the site's crown jewel back in the pre-Wikipedia days), the Heavy Metal War game, the social network section, and more.[BW] Rainmaker wrote:Didn't know we had galleries, cool.

At the Hasbro display, I asked John Warden about the little Payload redeco that comes with Scrounge, asking if it's supposed to be his Special Arm or if it's a new character. He chuckled at the idea of it being Scrounge's arm, saying that one could think of it as such, but then stated that it isn't a new character and is basically still just Payload.Hellscream9999 wrote:D-Maximus_Primal wrote:I figured it out!!!!! Except it's the wrong arm...

One could reconcile both together into saying that Payload transforms into the Special Arm.D-Maximus_Primal wrote:Sabrblade wrote:At the Hasbro display, I asked John Warden about the little Payload redeco that comes with Scrounge, asking if it's supposed to be his Special Arm or if it's a new character. JelZe GoldRabbit wrote:For some reason I'm drawn more and more to Hasbro's Nosecone. Probably because I consider him to be a "stand-in" member of some sort, along the likes of Alpha Bravo and Hasbro's Blast Off, being a straight redeco (with a switched out part). Look at him and tell me you don't agree:
A similar case can be made for Lightsteed/Lightstorm/Lightspeed, except it's from Autobot to Autobot, not switching factions:
