Whats odd is, at my TRU's there's only a handful Armadatrons, and one of my TRU's is stocked to the nuts with Thundercrackers.william-james88 wrote:Leader UM has not been heavily distributed at mass retail in the states or canada yet.
But you know what is? Combiner Wars Leader Megatron, or at least one of them: I think I know who the preferred child is.

So when did you send my Thundercracker to me?
I'm SO drooling over the thought of a Leader sale... Armadatron and Thundercracker will be mine. Have you seen TC yet? Its physically painful to pick him up and have to put him down-Kanrabat- wrote:Oh, that Megs WILL be on sale at 30$. I'm sure of it. And when the time come, I will get mine.

Getting Magnus to hold his guns well is pretty easy.
The handles for both weapons have a small tab at the bottom of the grip.
If you open his hand, and place the grip against it, the notch between the trigger and this bottom tab is exactly the width to slide right over his bottom 3 fingers. This means he can close his hand fully and the weapon is held in place by friction.
I even did the rattle test with him after doing mine. Nothing fell out. Both weapons held in great in either hand.
I have photos I can post if anybody needs to see what I mean, but it'll have to wait until 12:30 GMT when I take my lunch, as I'm currently at work.

While we're on the subject of Ultra Magnus, I think this one's a prime example of why gimmicks are not necessarily bad. If it weren't for Minimus Ambus in the driver's seat (and, to a lesser degree, the hammer made of guns), this figure would be a lot less interesting.
Marvel UK was much kinder to Ultra Magnus, dubbing him "Cybertron's Greatest Warrior".fenrir72 wrote:Poor UM, still has the negative rep of not being the "Chosen One"

Canada post prices are indeed VERY expensive. It's expensive enough within Canada and to the USA.
You can just forget it for international... unless you are willing to take your chance for a 2 months voyage by boat without any tracking numbers. Even then...

Seriously, is it that too hard or expensive to create a core robot transformation sequence for a UM?

william-james88 wrote:Thundercracker was found in canada and for this year, both countries are pretty much alligned in terms of releases. Almost as if Canada is just another state which sometimes gets things a bit earlier or later.
