Well, I've seen several people on TFW say they theirs have already shipped, which is why I was wondering if anyone on here had theirs shipped.

Interesting. I wonder if mine will arrive before I get a confirmation email. Mine (Skater Prime) last year also seemed to take forever to ship, so maybe HTS just doesn't like me that much.

I was told on the phone this morning that mine should be shipping in the next few days, by the end of the week or so.

If you didn't get a confirmation email, I'd call them to see if your order went through. I even got to the confirmation screen with an order number but found it didn't exist when I called in. They had a lot of technical problems yesterday.

Megatronus, however, I'm sad to say, is not so pristine. His left shoulder joint has a defect. The inner cavity on the arm that the shoulder peg slots into is missing some plastic that is meant to make the hole a complete circle, making the cavity slightly larger than it should be and thus making the arm's connection to the torso rather loose and delicate. It'll stay on if I'm gentle with the little figure and don't move the arm, but it does come off rather easily. On the flipside, this defect does give the left arm a greater range of motion than it was intended to have, but it also makes Megatronus look like his left shoulder is constantly sagging and slouching while his right shoulder remains firm at attention.

Got mine off Amazon, and I agree: Blast Off is a solid figure. He soothes my OCD over a not-quite-right Bruticus. His jet alter ego is now joined at the shoulder of Starscream, and Megatronus is a whatever do-dad that will likely get tossed into the loose weapons box.

My favorite feature is that I paid about half of what the [expletive deleted] scalpers on eBay are asking.
Seriously, screw those guys.

I ordered as a registered user (though I made the account earlier in the day specifically for ordering Primal), and my order went off without a hitch. Maybe guests had a harder time?

I too used an account to order had no problems other than lag from the site being slow and having to refresh a few times when I got the errors and got my confirmation email minutes after my PayPal email and my bank shows only one pending charge

Do it, it also looks like now (just after 8 am eastern) is a good time to get through easily, I had no wait. I am in luck myself. I still haven't received a confirmation email, but the HTS staff said the order did process and should be shipping out within the next few days.

I forgot all about Bumblebee's Retro Garage Mixtapes (or whatever) -- did anyone get that from HTS? I would've prioritized Optimal as well (I had no idea he was the wave3 leader cuz we never saw him in OR), but those tapes looked so cool. :p

I only recently saw SG Rodi, once. I regularly see Rodimus and Optimus, still.

I don't think he's been sighted anywhere in the US yet. So I think just about everyone who was able to order the Throne of Primes from HTS on Monday are going to have the exclusive repaint before the regular release even gets to shelves. Yeay for distribution :HEADHURTS:

The leader class has been weird for the whole line so far. And by weird, I mean mostly missing. Many Walmarts have stopped carrying the leader class completely, and Target had some initially, then empty shelves for quite some time, at least by me. I have seen waves 1 and 2 pop up recently in the local Targets. The one Walmart by me that still carries Leader, just restocked with 3 cases, of wave 1.

I just got off the phone with Maryam at HTS.com on the phone and she didn't have much of anything helpful to say. No one there seems to know how their systems can't handle web traffic or processing of payments. I used paypal and have an order number AND I did get a confirmation screen from HTS saying that my order was placed, but I didn't have the foresight to save a picture of that screen... ugh I should have saved it. Apparently WE have to keep tabs of all the information now because they can't be bothered to have systems that store information. All anyone can do is submit the order number to I.T. and have them look into it saying they'll get back to me "within a few days." Give me a break. I'm done with you HTS.

It's only been a couple days, check your browser history it might still be in there.

(Edit: Or not, tried it myself in Chrome and got a error on the confirmation page)

YES exactly! My Targets still get Leaders, but none at Wwlmart. Wave 2 & 3 are slowly returning...but Cyberverse has taken up much more space...along with the SS figures.

So I still haven't received an order confirmation from HTS for the Throne of Primes yet. But I did just get my ship notification, so whew.

So to summarize everyone else's comments and experience. I don't think it mattered if you ordered as a guest or with an account, paid with paypal or a credit card, the whole tings was just a random cluster ****.

God, I wish they should start using someone else for next year's SDCC exclusives. The HTS website just can't handle a sudden rush like that.

I emailed the CEO of Hasbro who forwarded me to the guy who is in charge of HTS. He was very apologetic and knows this all happened. He assured me they have improvements planned for the site. Let's hope that makes the experience a lot better, especially for these limited editions.
