I can only assume the voyager will be roughly the same size with the engineering they'll need to make this worth replacing him. *FoC* Optimus however... please hasbro.

That's doesnt make sense to me since the previous Metroplex was the one from WFC. We'd get a more g1 accurate Metroplex before revisiting a WFC Metroplex.

Swoop will be as tall as the others in robot mode, so it will be a leader class toy with a leader's height.

He would also need to have a big wingspan with multiple joints.
That counts.

Same here, but I think Buzzworthy might be coming in clutch with some Bayverse stuff next year, which would explain why we don't see much in these listings. We already know about NEST Ratchet and Bonecrusher, and Hatchet is also coming to Buzzworthy. Hopefully we see more, like Que!
That won't be an issue since his wings fold up for robot mode, which is what main-line figures are packaged in nowadays.-Kanrabat- wrote:william-james88 wrote:cloudballoon wrote:If the eventual Swoop is a Voyager size figure at Leader price, Hasbro better pack 5 swords as accessories. I'm hoping so! I want more, we're so close to getting all that i want from the movie lines from past movies, I want that satisfaction of finishing the on screen characters
It think it's less "it wasn't in the movie so it won't happen" and more "it wasn't in the movie so it's a lower priority", and then they spent the accessories budget for the Dinobots on "essentials" already before they got to giving them lower priority/non-movie accessories. Otherwise, how do you explain Gnaw having his gun that was never in the film?ZeroWolf wrote:cloudballoon wrote:If the eventual Swoop is a Voyager size figure at Leader price, Hasbro better pack 5 swords as accessories. I don't think they will, the swords were never in the movie anyway. What I now think Swoop will be like is consistent in height with the others but leaner, allowing for his wings to be the size they need to be.
People always talk about the swords but then forget that they never appeared in the movie which this line is all about.

If I'm being honest, I don't expect to see Devcon in the line but I would very much like to see him in the future. He won the fan tournament a little while ago which Sam Smith did see, so it could be possible!
What? There's no DOTM Devcon confirmed to be coming. That fan tournament was fan conducted. It wasn't official. It was just done for fun by fans.Till-all-R1 wrote:EvasionModeBumblebee wrote:william-james88 wrote:

I'm surprised it's going to be a main line release, I'd have expected this Bot to be some kind of Con Exclusive but an Exclusive either way. Though I suppose things can always change. Also can't believe it's a new mold since there doesn't seem to be much reuse here.
