Yes. Now go to your room and don't play with yourself.

"only"
Honestly mate, if they wanna bring back a character, they will. Death won't stop them, especially in a movie where it's just a big blockbuster they'd want big names like Soundwave to advertise and draw people in. Enjoy the movies' plot if you want; but you've gotta realize that it's really not made to be brilliant with lasting impact. Death has not, is not and never will be an issue for this type of movie.

They wont only Prime, Megatron and Sam have been brought back from death and all in the same movie not including the Galvatron thing.
Jazz is dead, Ironhide is dead, Ratchet is Dead, Starscream and Soundwave will stay dead too.
Kurona wrote:Why are you sure they won't? Why are you so sure they really care so much about silly little things like continuity and story in this sort of movie?
Again, enjoy the story and characters if you will... but you're kinda deluding yourself if you think they take any sort of priority.

And why are you sure they would bring them back?
It's movie 5 if they were going to bring them back they would of plus there are more Transformers in history then the big names give the lower b guys a chance eh?

DeathReviews wrote:After what the Bayverse did to Devastator, I never presume that they're going to get it right when making over a Transformer into 'their' interpretation. The fact that they're making Onslaught a tow truck instead of a missile trailer? Doesn't bode well.
Not sure of the reasoning. I mean, when I want a 'combat vehicle' I don't think 'Gee, I'd better get a TOW TRUCK'...

Must you pacify everybody's opinions, man? Just because they think differently doesn't mean you gotta silence every one of them. If they don't like something, then let it go.Deadput wrote:DeathReviews wrote:After what the Bayverse did to Devastator, I never presume that they're going to get it right when making over a Transformer into 'their' interpretation. Things change get over it it's the 5th movie you should be able to see the **** pattern by now.
I don't see people complaining about Breakdown being a truck in Prime and people love him despite him also being almost without character outside of some hints.

I gotta speak out man only way to vent when I don't agree with other opinions and since I'm part of the unpopular opinion club most of the time that happens a lot.
Can't ignore things I'm sick of just putting what frustrates me in the back of my head it drives me crazy and I don't want to yell in my house and get my family mad at me again.

Ever wanted to watch Michael B. Bay, Mark Wahlberg and Jerrod Carmichael film a scene? Now you can. We're live from set in downtown Detroit. #transformers
Deadput wrote:Or the combat part can be his pure cambat ability and has almost nothing to do with his vehicle mode?
He has a tow truck hook so I assume that will be a weapon of his in robot form and with Onslaught revealed I will not be surprised if the Rusted VW van is Swindle and even Vortex and Blastoff are Cgi air vehicles like Starscream was sometimes.
Brawl is already dead so I wonder if they might tie it in somehow with Onslaught being around for revenge or something.
Kurona wrote:I think I'm one of the only ones who enjoyed what they did with Devastator in ROTF. Ignoring the, uh, really bad scrotum joke... I loved that devvy. Definitely not my definitive version of the guy, but the original concept for combiners' personalities is that it's a ton of guys' brains mashed together into a crazy, unstoppable machine of destruction - so in that sense, ROTF Devastator is a pretty good adaption and the design reflects that character.
The scrotum thing and how easily he got taken out still annoyed me tho.
Or... it could just be some Decepticon named Onslaught who isn't part of a team of his own or a combiner.Stuartmaximus wrote:So...if Onslaught is not a military truck anymore....makes you kinda wonder what the rest of the Combaticons are gonna be? & could they still be called Combaticons

From what I hear I think most people are still giving the movies a hard time yet give everything else a pass because "oh it's just a cartoon we don't expect them to be amazing"
People still fail to realize that the movies only have a few hours of screen time compared to the several days worth of cartoon.
This community is going to ruin one of my two only hobbies for me someday.
