Titans Return only ... did you think my post was funny? It's not. Get back on topic now please.
And Silly, I'm not pulling you up on this any more. You've been tapped on the shoulder regarding off-topic posts numerous times. The tapping is done.

That's a rather good one. Nice job! There are lots of different "head cannons" to be made of the new "Headmasters" line.

I see what you did there. That pun was ahead of the game.
As far as the originally non-headmasters go, I don't mind them any more than I minded the originally non-combiners last year (and technically this year). Although with those, I elected not to buy any but Sunstreaker because of budgetary reasons (and the MM/Optimus torso is awful so one of him was enough). With these, they actually look pretty good, and I might get a few to fill in my lineups. Takara Blurr is amazing, and Scourge looks good, but I'm not sure I need them. Meanwhile I'm definitely getting Astrotrain and Galvatron, probably Alpha Trion as well. I'm getting Skullsmasher, Hardhead, Mindwipe, and Chromedome, probably Wolfwire, maaaaaybe Highbrow. For Legends, definitely Rewind and Wheelie, and then probably Crashbash and Apeface from the Titan Masters.
And my wallet already hurts.

It was STREETS AHEAD, my friend.

For me, all of the "proper" Headmasters are a given. I will get them all, the only question for each will be whether to wait for Takara's version or settle for Hasbro's. Takara's Blurr and Scourge are a must, though. They're so G1 it makes me tingle inside. Galvatron too looks too good to miss, though I might skew Hasbro on him. Takara's paint apps aren't that different, and Hasbro's purple looks better than Takara's lavender.
By the way, don't give up on CW/UW Optimus Prime just yet. Get the Takara Convoy Grand Prime version if you can. The extra paint fixes up almost everything underwhelming about the Hasbro release, at least aesthetically speaking, and it's got the reworked hip ratchets such that it can stand correctly as well.

As a 1990 baby, I give fewer hoots who the traditional Headmasters were, I'm more interested in how they look. Perhaps coincidentally, perhaps via influence, I wasn't too keen on actually getting the nontraditional Headmasters, but more pictures have swayed me. Aesthetically, though, the classic Headmasters do seem better, at least in the Deluxe class. Highbrow is the only one I'm not wowed by, and that seems to be typical of him.

I have a wave 4 MM with fixed ratchets. The problem is the splayed legs, the legs being so long and the torso so short, the lack of clearance for the combined arms, MM's weak arm-shoulder connection for combined mode, and how Blackjack falls off Menasor's chest with the slightest provocation. Motormaster himself is great and I'm sure Optimus is as well, but it's the worst torso mold.

This isn't about you, it's about following the site's rules
As for Fort Max, all we know is what was revealed at botcon - which I never cared about enough to inquire about, and the TT Legends version's release date - which is October, so probably late summer, possibly around the same time that Devs came out last year.

Weeellll..... there was that one episode of Animated where the Headmaster unit cut off Sentinel's head and took over his body. Optimus spent the entire episode ripping into him for it. So technically, there has been one version of Sentinel that was temporarily a Headmaster.
I might be a little disappointed if they don't homage Headmaster with one of those little individual Titan Masters.
Shhhhhhh... I was never here. You never got anything from me.

Honestly, I'd love them to use the Titan Masters class to reference those random Headmasters sprinkled into previous series - Animated's Bulkhead, Starscream and Headmaster unit; Armada's Sideways Heads and Overload, that sort of thing.

The same time as Metroplex and Devastator were available: sometime in the fall, most likely with a SDCC exclusive version coming out first.

You act as if an unknown guy on eBay can be counted on to sell something for a good price.
And besides, the MSRP was confirmed as $150 by ToyDojo.

Which is why did not say "any eBay seller".
Regardless, an aftermarket site should not be used as an indicator of the MSRP of the product.

true....but not everyone is going to be buying it off of shop store shelves! are they? some will be buying it online! & that's where the flexible price market may come into effect
+ if you had read my original post correctly.....i said it was a ROUGH idea in which PEOPLE would be selling it for! now....i never said WHICH people? it could've well've been ebay sellers? seeing as i gave a link from there! at no time did i specify that this was or would be an official retail price, so you may have jumped the gun a little on that respect, & granted.....i was obviously rather vague in my description.
