Dark Megs isn't talking though... Where can I find the batteries?
Looks like these were bought in or from Canada. It has some stickers with English and French texts, and warnings about the batteries. The missile from Megs gun is also locked in place, maybe glued there? It won't shoot out. Did Canada do that out of choking hazards or something?

Now I have a second Ultra Magnus and Jazz, I'll sell those off to earn some of my spendings back

CW Leader Starscream at 20$CAN and a Lego City Swamp Police Station at 80$CAN! For a grand total of 115$CAN with taxes!

I already had Leader Starscream so that one went straight in storage for a possible future trade. As for the Lego set, I just couldn't resist. Especially at that price.

The CW Leader Screamers I got a few months ago was bought on SALE. At 45$CAN+tx. Regular price is 55-60$CAN. No regret but seeing it again at 20$CAN, it would have been stupid to leave it on the shelf.

I too, would have preffered to find TC at that price. Instead of storage, he would have gone into my sealed TC collection.

I got Thundercracker at $25 US many months ago. Price matched him at Walmart from an Amazon listing. Never saw Skywarp or Starscream at that price though or I'd have gotten them too.
Now TC is just a sore thumb in my collection, too big for any particular shelf I have set up haha.
Wish I had Jetfire instead but I do still like TC in both bot and jet modes.

Got the official Hb Computron hands and feet at ebay. UW Computicon may be bad ass with all the extensive retools but the use of those modular weapon cum fist/foot really make the Hb part outshine the Takara version. Now all I have to do is wait for both Computicon and the parts to arrive.

Is he similar to the Hb/TT leader Megs? Or is he different in size/quality/anything?
In other words: is he worth getting if I can't find the original version?

Seriously, it's the Leader Gen Megs KO version with the "upgrade" kit included. So... I dunno. Leader Megs is one of the best Megs ever but I can't tell you anything about that KO.

After being stuck in customs for over a week (and costing me an additional £31 on top of the £95 the three figures & shipping cost me) these finally turned up.



I'm not even sure I can be bothered to open them at moment. The cost and wait has drained my enthusiasm.

Ok so I opened them (the Transformers anyways, may sell the LoZ Link figure before opening).


They're both very good. And it's only now after 30 years that I see them side by side and notice all the similarities between these two in colours, alt-form, even both having a lil bit that pops out the top of their heads in these new toys. Blurr feels so... tidy! I think I transformed them both right, I didn't open the instructions. These figures seemed to make enough sense without them. Don't like Scourge's gun at all so probably will give him another of my spare DotM Topspin black guns. Scourge's head is a bit too obvious in it's headmaster type thingy, whereas Blurr's looks pretty normal but yes I'm happy with both figures. Even if I ended up paying much more than I would have done the Hasbro ones (but in the case of Blurr I just would not have been happy with the hasbro colour scheme at all).





EDIT:
Gave Scourge that loose TF:Arcee Prime gun I found a while back cos I think it suits him and it has a port on the bottom of the barrel to stick that thing on like a laser sight or something. I've put that big blue gun on his back (cupped over the back part rather than using the post cos it tidier this way)
