Total haul by store:
4th WalMart- Treadbolt (for a friend, already got one awhile ago). Other WM's had practically nothing. A few Blitzwings, but that was all.
Targets- NOTHING at all. All of the stores I hit had little to no stock of TF's. No new exclusives, no Magnus, nothing. Quite disappointing.
TrU- Score! Got a WWI Grimlock at the second TrU. Saw Prowl but passed. The shoulders are WAY too big in my opinion.
Anyone see the football robots that have transforming heads? The bot mode is really well done.
KB- Buy three, get one free deal going on. Too bad they didn't have three things worth buying. Besides, with their prices, if you bought three things, you've basically paid for a fourth anyway.
Finally, KMart- One of the least appreciated stores with not-so-great prices had 2 Ultra Magnus'! Sure, no LC sale like WM and no $10 off coupon like Target, but where those two stores let me down, KMart came through.
Also hit a small collectible store and got seven of the old happy meal food Transformers. They're so cheesy that they're cool.
On a side note, my six-year-old daughter wants Bakugan for Christmas. I've checked all the above stores in the entire south-central PA/northern Maryland region and NO ONE HAS THE BLOODY THINGS! Just empty shelves everywhere, with little teasing price markers.
If anyone has access to these things, particularly the three-packs, please let me know.
