Awesome, let me know what you think of Snarl/Slug/Slag. Also, let me know how you configure his chest because I still dont know how, nothing tabs in.

Grabbed a few bits from Auto Assembly today, mostly Classics stuff I missed out on before.

Silverstreak, Inferno, Red Alert, Sideswipe, Sunstreaker, Warpath, FoC Blaster, RTS Jazz and Takara TAV Cosmos. Also picked up the Perfect Effect Menasor head and shoulders upgrade.

All the figures were 2nd hand apart from Cosmos and Blaster. The 2nd hand ones were all in very good condition except for Sideswipe, unfortunately. When I transformed him into 'bot mode I discovered that many parts were very loose and his left arm keeps falling off. He's got no paint flaws otherwise and is absolutely fine in alt mode so I may have to just leave him like that until I find a replacement. Just a bit disappointed with him.

It does but it also flakes. Floor polish is much better.

Its criminal that I didn't take any pics of them yet...
The ladies are SSSOOOOoooooo nice. I already loved the molds (yes, even Windblade), the deco's are super sharp, and the giant weapons is like putting a full sized sundae on top of a cupcake. They're wacky and tonnes of fun.

The only thing, is I wished Arcee had a more badass expression on her face. Right now she looks like my mom, whos about to serve me a plate of fresh baked cookies. :lol:

Speaking of the Arcee mold, look what came in today:

Yes, this means I have given up on her coming to Canada. When I saw taht the cheapest way Canadians were getting the Hasbro version was 30$ cdn plus tax, I realized I could get the Takara version for less, so that's what I did. She cost 2500 Y shipped. That's 29$ cdn everything included and 21.82$ US, so close to a deluxe at TRU tax in.

And she is terrific. I do not remember a cybertronian alt mode looking this good and rolling so well.

And I am having a blast with that weapon storage and the different configurations you can have in both alt mode and robot mode. This is a perfect toy!

Arcee was an interwebz order, Chromia I got super lucky and she was the only one I've ever seen at retail and well Windblade, you could barely make it pass the TF section without tripping over her for a while there. She is my second one, the first had a bum pin in her torso where it folds down.

Honestly, it was super easy and took no time at all. The Hasbro one at least is pretty hard plastic and it was more like chipping/wittling it away. I was more worried about cutting myself than lopping off one of her hands.

The Takara has painted hands so it would be trickier.
