Finally got my BBTS POL: TR Hot Rod and Gnaw, Plat Insecticons, and UW Computron. Will space out opening of the figures. I've only opened Hot Rod thus far. As I suspected, I really like the car mode, but don't love the bot mode. It's the shoulders that bother me most, but I can live with it.

Yea I know it's not likely, probably wishful thinking on my part. I've only started seeing wave 2 deluxes and voyagers by me. I'm not sure why distribution in the NYC area is so terrible. It's not even limited to just Target or TRU, but everything. As much as I'd like to pick up a few extra Gnaws, I'd only do it at a discount.

D-Max, I've been meaning to ask you. Are there any minor QC issues with SG OP? Specifically, do the legs tab together well when in truck mode? That was a minor issue with the MP-10 Hasbro reissue, so just wondering if they fixed those kinks in subsequent reuses of the mold.

His truck mode tabs together well. the only truck mode issue I can see is that the little pieces like his headlights don't hold 100% of the time. the legs tab and stay in.
In robot mode, the head is ever so slightly floppy though, forward and back.
That's it as far as I've noticed, and this guy has barely left my side

Got a belated Bday Amazon gift card from some family, so since the ol' letter to Santa is filled with TR stuff, I thought I'd back paddle a bit.
Cybertron Scouts Wreckloose and Backstop, and Beast Wars Basic Drill Bit.
Backstop was listed as complete, but there's no Cyber Key. Oh well. Good thing I have a whole bucket of them!
Also, with these to Cybertron figures that completes my Cybertron collection!
I have one of every mold original to the line (not including repaints of Energon or Armada toys).

Dunno about the Takara, but the Hasbro MP-10 I have is 100% plastics appart the screws and pins.
If you want some WEIGHT and something ridiculously METAL, hunt down a MP-01. Any versions. It's now relatively cheap and easy to find. It's HUGE, HEAVY and impressive.

I also got some blasts from the pasts. That red alert is a mcdonalds release and I find it so cool that they made them minicon compatible.
