And here I was hoping that would be Devcon. I so want a proper Devcon figure complete with a Sleezardo figurine (or whatever that little guy was named).

I'd rather see that as well, I have enough Blurrs in my life. The bot seems to have a doodad on top of his head just like Devcon. I'm not one to crush dreams; I am one to grab screen caps though. While we're speculating, might as well get a good look at that Bee boi.Seibertron wrote:And here I was hoping that would be Devcon. It's not Pangaea/Beastwars earth either, there goes hopes that I didnt have until just now for part 3 of the trilogy, I'll have to settle for a Russian Red Son Optimus

I wonder if the bot in question will just be Red Shirtimus?Seibertron wrote:Blurr has a doodad on his head also. But it's a very fast doodad. Like a Doodad Swoosh!!! I mean sure why not, but it looks an awful like like modern day Europe/Asia to me. Spain, Italy, the UK and all other landmarks can clearly be seen.Seibertron wrote:It's not North America, but it sure looks like North America with other continents. I like your line of thinking a far as a logical flow, but I was stating that TB's toy will use the Hoist mold. When I said the other way around I was just suggesting TB is the pre-tool.Seibertron wrote:Or is it that all of the characters in that artwork are in their Cybertronian forms that had Cybertronian mode toys at some point, retroactively making Thrilling 30 Trailcutter be Trailbreaker's Cybertronian form in this continuity? This excludes Bumblebee and Wheeljack, however, you know the two who we all most likely would have liked to have seen in their Cybertronian modes in SIEGE given their significance in the G1 cartoon origin story.carytheone wrote:I think it's 99.999% likely TB will use the ER Hoist mold. It's not North America, but it sure looks like North America with other continents. Could it be prehistoric supercontintent Pangea? That would make sense if they crashed in prehistoric times, but not if they changed the story to them crashing in modern times. Depends on which version of the story the powers-that-be at Hasbro want to tell in War for Cybertron. I hope they stick with crashing millions of years ago story line, which I always thought was really epic when I was a kid.carytheone wrote:I think it's 99.999% likely TB will use the ER Hoist mold. This is what I see when I look at the artwork. It could be an artist's interpretation of Pangea, but this is what I see when looking at the artwork.

That could lend credence to the Armada Smokescreen speculation. I'm all for UT figures, my wallet needs a break.TulioDude wrote:Micron...

Wasn't thinking modern day Earth. I already embarrassingly admitted above that I didn't recognize Europe because I was thinking Pangea with the focus being on North America. In most Transformers fiction that takes place on Earth, America is generally the primary regional location so I wasn't thinking Europe. It would be unusual for Europe to be used for the primary continent in an image of Earth for Transformers fiction, hence part of my confusion. Also a great example of wanting to see something that wasn't actually there!
