Have any of you tried to connect more than 1 Ironworks together?

I've got a couple, they make for a cool industrial zone, are you looking for something in particular

Not really, I was just wondering. To me it doesn't seem worth it to buy just 1 Ironworks, but if I got 4 or 5 of him, I can make a nice attachment to 1 of the citybots. A new way of troop building.

have you checked best buy yet?

This is something I want to try, but I don't know if my local store is even open right now. They have open hours from 10am to 6pm, but they also said they're limiting access to the store to curbside pickup so I don't think I can actually go inside to shop. The website says they have one in stock at the store, but the reviews say you're more likely to get Astrotrain since the listing, which only shows Optimus, says "Transformers - Generations War for Cybertron: Earthrise Action Figure - Styles May Vary". And better yet:

This figure is chosen at random
Order online for a surprise character, or stop by your local Best Buy store to make your selection.

Who's intentionally paying $50 for a surprise figure?

I'll just wait for the restrictions to life and see what there is on shelves. I've got a $25 Best Buy gift card from Christmas and this seems like the best way to spend it.

If I get caught getting Astrotrain the first time, I wouldn't be upset simply because I don't have him. The second time, though, would be an eventual return.

Best Buy is not letting people in the store. Curbside pick up only.

I don't know if you need 4-5, I think patience is a good place to start, like with tr base building; I have omega, prime, and a couple of ironworks, so I can build some stuff already, but a few of those bridge guys would go a long ways - if I could find the damn figures

Exactly. I am extremely thankful to whomever threw collectors like myself a bone to give Omega Supreme connectivity with both the old trilogy and new one. ER Prime, Astrotrain, and all the Earthrise "Micromaster Stations" will be extensions of the greater overall city started with Titans Return.

Thanks for posting that. Someone on the podcast mentioned needing two so one can be the tower and the other the base. Looks like it's doable. Looks like you could make something similar to GoBots Staks if you include the Micromaster. That Rack'n'Ruin looks exactly like the type of thing BotCon would have sold as a set.

Still haven't seen Earthrise Deluxe in stores.

My biggest regret for Scorponok is that they didn't give him a couple TR connection points. However, Hasbro can make that right simply by releasing a con Battlemaster that can act as an adapter between the current system and TR.

Highly unlikely, since selects are just repaints with a new head. But I am hopeful that we will get a ramp dude that has both types of connectors. No one knows for sure until Hasbro reveals them.

I have considered modeling and 3D printing an adapter piece, but I am not sure if it would be able to handle the stresses of the clipping it together.

Only Omega Supreme has both kinds. It's worth noting that the ER ramp system has a clip on one side, and pegs on the other, but some parts of compatible figures only have the clip.

Shapeways has a few different TR to ER adapters in the shop. I recently purchased some blast effects which were pretty nice.

Why? He seems to be more of a weaponizer than a base mode modulator and none of the weaponizers had any TR or new connectors.

We already know Fasttrack has an Earthrise ramp connector, it can be seen in the stock imagery for Doublecrosser:

So...there is someone on eBay right now, claiming to have ER Scorponok for sale. Would be delivered by May 13 if purchased now I didn't see any verbiage about it being a pre order. Of course I question it's legitimacy, but it's still frustrating to see.

Well, while I believe he was officially referred to as technically being a modulator and as Nemesis Primal reminded us he does have at least one new connector.

To me, it would make sense for Fasttrack to come with an adapter even as just a spare accessory, because who better to include a WFC to TR base adapter for Scorponok with, than Scorponok's minion?

Someone got hold of the upcoming two packs and is selling them on e-bay for almost double the price. The real news here though is that these listings now have the in package images.

One is TRANSFORMERS Generations Earthrise WFC-E29 Voyager Seeker Skywarp Thundercracker and the other is TRANSFORMERS Generations Earthrise WFC-E30 Clones Pounce Wingspan. This would be the first time these exact toys see US distribution since the Seekers are new decos and the clones sport their Takara decos, which is different than what Hasbro had used for their release. The main deco difference would be the use of dark purple over pink.

These are both Target exclusives.
