Not from walgreens, been that way for years now.

We first found out about the 2018 Wreck-Gar in July 2017 and our first look at the figure was finished figure in March 2018 and was in Taiwanese stores in July 2018 (at which point Hasbro still hadn't officially announced him yet), yet we still had to wait until November to buy him. Definitely not coming early.

I'm glad I could help. I hope to find this figure out here soon. We don't have Walgreens and the store that's supposed to sell them in Canada doesn't usually get them here. It's weird.

What do you mean? EB Games has had the exclusives and they were very easy to find the past 2 years.
