Ultra Prime, no thank you but Superion has better colour co-ordination. The fact that all parts are not available at the same time makes me worry. What if wave 2 doesnt show?

Having pre-ordered the entire wave at Omegalock, to see people bagging the lot at retail for cheaper a week earlier, my gruntles are feeling pretty dissed right now. >:oP

If wave 2 never turns up, I could see people bagging dupes of Firefly and Skydive to make a symmetrical screen accurate-ish superion.

Well I just snagged MP grimlock for myself as a birthday present (today I'm 28 and I'm just getting my first masterpiece now...I wish the others were as cheap as this)

I suspect toys r us will have replaced a lot of the non-selling stuff with Combiner Wars and Robots in Disguise ranges in January.

Ravage@ I think we'll get the 2nd wave it's the third and fourth I'm worried about.

Wonder if they might release a gift box type thing with all in one set?

I have an Energon Superion with the upgrade kit, torn on what to do. I suppose this CW Superion would better match Hercules.

True, and I do hope they do gift sets, I mean they would be crazy not to plus it would allow for exclusives to be done in G2 colours etc.

UPS just delivered TRU Sunstorm and Platimus Prime. Primes box is torn and Sunstorms is OPEN!!! So they are both going back.

Well on my trip out today smyths had plenty of the OP and Silverbolts, 1 of each of the 4 RiD deluxes (except for BB) and the rest was movie stuff. As for TRU, i was in there on thursday and they must have had about 10 grimlocks on the shelf, today not a single one so the sale has deffo worked. Just need the masses of movie stuff to go now to get the good stuff in.

As for waves not appearing in the UK, its been that way for years, ive given up on the amount of figs ive had to import because of it, which is why for the CW's i will be picked each figure up the second i see it as i have a very nasty experience with 'leaving it till next week'. But i dont doubt we'll get most of the aerialbots, it'll be the others im dubious on.

Yeha we usually get screwwd whent in comes to lines like this, so gald to see them at Smyths today, I'm only really botherd about the Aerialbots, not really feeling the Stunticons at the moment, that may change as better images come out.

I temporary gruntlement is permissible, as I daresay we'll find something to disgruntle ourselves with eventually

Oddly enough, I'm liking Superion more than Menasor at the moment, but the individual Stunticons more than the Aerialbots. Maybe it's just bias from both already having the ROTF superion as a semi-stand-in-sorta-classics-superion, and also being severely lacking in terms of CHUG 'cons at all...

TRU have further dropped AoE deluxes to £7.99. Snagged Drift and was tempted to get Strafe but really couldn't get myself interested enough to spend even that low a price on it.

Seems TRU are desperately trying to clear out existing stock presumably for CW and RiD.

The evolution strafe was only a fiver (same for slug and bumblebee) at my store which is very odd. Looked at cosshair again. Anyone recommend him?

A fiver would've sold him to me. Can't say much for Crosshairs, I've steered well clear however Drift is actually quite a nice toy.

Well my grimlock has a few loose joints and a fair few stiff joints like his right hand. Had a lot of trouble getting back out again going from Dino mode to bot. But other then that he's great

I've managed to cobble together a ridiculous excuse to leave work and pop to Charlton to go to Smyths. I have also managed to persuade my office mate to come with me... She has been asking what I would like for Christmas...

I've just been told by a Smyth's employee that the CW stuff was put on shelves by mistake and shouldn't be available until 2015. Get them now because there may not be any more for at least a few weeks, not in Cardiff anyway.

similar thing was said in telford too, the guy who served me is another tf fan who was stunned when i took it to the till. They are in the system though so i cant see them taking them off the shelves if every store has them in like they seem to. Possibly one of those 'mistake' toy shops like to make to give their sales a bit of a boost
