USA today has revealed new extra images for Transformers Revenge of The Fallen. The images are of an explosion, an infiltration, shooting a movie scene and the Optimus Prime image used for the Empire magazine cover.

That picture with the tanks is absolutely INSANE! They must be shooting either at one big target or a freaking army! And the battle-damaged Prime pic is sweet...is that the one on the cover of Empire mag?

It could be - and probably is - my imagination, but does Prime look a little more solid?

I remember hearing before that the Transformers are getting a little more solidity to their bodies (e.g., less jagged mechanical bits).
It just seems to me that Prime is definitely looking more like a giant robot than a massive bunch o' bolts.

Now if only we can convince him to wear the facemask for more than 30 seconds...

Wow i was thinking the same thing. Only the Umbrella lab one i was thinking more Colonial Marines searching a Wayland-Utani ship. This film is going to be like the first one, great action movie with pretty effects but a crappy TF continuity with a BS love story thrown in cause bay cant live with out one. Oh and a frak load of explosions. Whats a bay movie with out over a million explosions.

prime hasnt changed dont see how they going to release him as figure again if thers nothing new on him giving him 2 swords wont be enought for me this time.

that second picture looks very scifi with the soldiers & guns kinda looks like the ark or something

I wish Michael Bay would move away from using bottle rockets to signify an explosion. Almost all of his movies have them. They look corny unless he's blowing up a fireworks factory.

For what it's worth, both of my brothers- one who was front line in Iraq and the other who spent 12 years as an EOD (both Marines)- thought the explosions were quite realistic. Both have seen up close and personal what they look like (my younger brother lost one of his squad to an IED, but they managed to revisit that loss on the enemy to the tune of over 500 kills- apparently the insurgents can't aim very well...).
