Not to offend the dragon lovers out there (including myself), but why do dragons need their own alt class? Dragons come in many forms, some of which can fly and others that can't. Why not just call them "Air Animals" or "Land Animals," depending on the type? For example, TM2 Megatron/Cryotek would be an air animal, while C-Scourge would be a Land Animal. It just seems silly, IMHO; I mean, if you're going to give dragons their own class, you might as well do the same for griffins, manticores, unicorns, and every other mythical beast that's ever been.

I have some requests for you. How about that nice Tachikoma alt. mode(Ghost in the Shell: SAC), for the Autobots/Maximals. And what about all those pre-war alt. modes from Beast Wars? Those were holding back my decision between Autobot and Maximal. If those aren't in, then give the Tachikoma alt to the Autbots and count me in there.

And what happened to Movie Jazz, Ratchet, Ironhide, Starscream, Scorponok, Devestator, Bonecrusher, etc.?

For robot animal forms, how about looking at the bots from the Zoids sagas? I see a couple of them already, such as command wolf, blade liger and the beserk fury.

The only thing i'd say is i would like to see some Bike Alts for the cons

as for whoever said there were no trek one theres the Romulan Warbird for a start and the klingon BOP Though i must admit to being sad to see the X-wing and the Glorious Heritage cruiser (Andromeda) being Bot only oh well just gimmie a Nice looking Con Bike and i'll be happy!

Just a slight siggestion...the cons have this alt mode () under the medium vehicle [ram/charge/catch] class. However, I feel that the Autobots should be entitled to this alt as well. Mainly for the fact that even though both sunstreaker and sideswipe are the same type of cars, they are two distinctly different bots, therefore deserving 2 seperate alt modes.

I'd love to see some con train alts. I know there are precious few canon to chose from but we gotta have at least one of the two astrotrains. I know someone did a rather nice alt of his G1 train mode.

Also, why no TIE Interceptor, Im sure there used to be an alt for it in the database.

I just noticed the Maximals have half the amount of dragons the Predacons do. Any chance for a few of those to overlap? like the blue eyes white dragon alt

All in all I'm pretty happy with jumping to the Maximals now. : D Although... the tactics of Monstrous Land Animal still bug me quite a bit. Perhaps instead of catch (which I don't see being very in-character for big sluggish beasts...), something like ram or bite? *ducks flying objects for suggesting this again*

Oh yeah, and... the Maximals need some dragon lovin'. We're getting the short end of the stick in that department. And I know I have PLENTY of dragon icons floating around my photobucket if you ever want to even the score a bit, Mkall...

Two things I noticed are missing - a Wild Boar and a Killer Whale.

The G1 Pretender (his name escapes me) would be nice to have shared by the Decepticons and the Maximals, and would be so much cooler than that pink piggy, which is the closest quivalent there right now.

The Killer Whale is just something the Maximals should have - seems strange that it isn't already on the list. Speaking of which, I'd thing Torca should be some form of Sea Creature rather than a "hunter". Although I suppose "hunter" doesn't rule out the possibility that he's a marine predator, as it doesn't specify an environment. Maybe have him rotate through both classes?

I'd switch the Decepticons' "Mega Animal" Dimetrodon and "Large Animal" Rhinoceros so that the tactics fit better. It'd also give players collecting a team of G1 Predacons more functional variety.

Inoticed that theBots rescue ship class has 'Repair bay' as a tactic, but it doesn't show up anywhere else.

Is that supposed to be Mult-repair or does that class have a completely exclusive tactic.

ididn't notice any other tactics that were only used once.

also WTF?!? Tank Unicron is a Con Repair Tank?!? That's kinda funny

I'm still questioning why dragons need their own alt class in the first place. I love 'em too, even more than Transformers, but when you come right down to it, they're just fancy air and land animals (depending on the type one's talking about).

Alas, most animals don't breath fire (though I'll grant it isn't uncommon in Transformers), and most Air Animals wouldn't be able to crush a tank by ramming one.

Given that, "Mega Air Animal" might be more appropriate, if nothing else so we could drop things like Griffins into the category without it seeming odd.

Though Griffins, like Unicorns, seem like they should have repair abilities. But I'm drawing that from a Christian bias...

I finally found the pics in the behemoth fan alt. mode thread. Since the pics were already made by Mkall it shouldn't be too much trouble to slip them into the Autobot/Maximal lists, right?


And on the other note, did someone make alt pics for the pre-war Maximal/Predacon alts? If not I need to go request them in the mega-thread... I mean the alt. mode request thread.

All the Botcon ones should have been made up already as their original molds (Cheetor should already be in the thread as Cybertron Clocker).

I have already recommended in the Planning Forum that they be included.

AFAIK, IDW's Cybertronian alts have not been made yet.
