How can you change your allegiance to Maximal (or Predacon )? Also, is it possible to get more types of minicons for battle use?

Omega Sentinel has only switched a small amount of people over to the Maximals and Predacons for testing purposes. Whem v2 starts (and no, there is no set date yet for v2 to start) everyone will have the option of switching to whatever faction they wish.

And there are currently no minicon gathering missions available, so whatever you see in the Powerlink Chamber is what you've got. I get the impression that there will be more minicon missions in the near future.
