Is there a particular bit you find difficult? Both Raph and I are getting pretty good at guiding the confused as its not a exactly a straightforward process, although once youy get the hang of it, its quite quick and painless - the hardest part is separating the bits you want to colour.

Well. The part that angers me the most is the one with the background o.o Everytime I try to delete it, so it gets transparated. (I hope this is the right english word for it XP ) When I try to save it, my programm says I can't o.o' Why is that??

It getting transparated is fine, you should be creating the off-white background on a separate layer that sits user the colour layers. Do that and it should save fine.
Are you making sure you save it as a .png?

Oh and one other problem. The programm won't delete the background of every picture I try to use. Why is that? Can it erease just specific picture-types? O_O

Thats odd. Try cutting round the foreground and 'copy' then 'paste as new image'. It should give you a new image with a transparent background.
