Hopefully there is a fix for the head. I liked the figure just didn't want to be paying the price for it and with the head it's dropped lower into my maybes.

I'm not sure exactly how it is divided, or how many parts there are. My initial thoughts were it was a simple left half/right half design, but there is no visible seam at the visor or the mouth, so it almost seems as if it would be 3 part head with a core containing the visor and mouth, and the right and left halves of his helmet fitting around the core.
If the helmet does in fact have a right and left half, then it looks like the screwed up the mold and one side is smaller than the other. Looking at the helmet, the silver parts on the left of the photo (right side of his head) are lower at the top of the head and slightly higher below his mouth. If it was a simple misalignment, then the silver parts on one side would both be higher or both be lower, not one higher while the other is lower.

People are saying it's 1 piece so its the mold that is misaligned.
And its every single copy out now that is said to have this issue

It seems it was a problem with the stock figure. but to a lesser degree, and nobody.noticed.

Now that the mold is not in "Generations", maybe we will have a Select Ricochet out of it?
