Profile: Fully earning his reputation as a “mad scientist” amongst the Autobot ranks, Wheeljack fiddles with a dozen or more projects at once in his workshop, mumbling and chuckling to himself about each one - even when they blow up in his faceplate. He is an accident-prone genius that is always coming up with new ways to improve his fellow Autobots, especially their weaponry. “That guy can build a neutron bomb out of a wristwatch and a rusty can,” says Bluestreak, and that's not far from the truth. Wheeljack’s comrades enjoy his company very much, not only because his experiments frequently yield useful innovations but also because he’s a positive, good-natured mech who is fun to be around. ‘Jack loves to show off, whether it be with his skills as a stunt driver and warrior or his newest creation, it doesn’t matter. Those abilities have garnered him the respect of both allies and enemies alike.
Abilities: Subject has above-average strength and great intelligence. He is an extremely skilled engineer and has expertise in most of the practical sciences. In vehicle mode, Wheeljack is the most adept driver among his peers, capable of extremely challenging (both offensive and defensive) maneuvers. As a robot, he is armed with two shoulder-mounted cannons that can fire a variety of shells, new types of which he is always inventing. Options include, but are not limited to: a magnetic-inducer shell that causes its metallic target to attract other metal objects from distances of up to 4000 feet away, a shrapnel-needle shell that explodes into millions of hair-thin filaments capable of shredding through even the strongest armor, and a gyro-inhibitor shell that can disrupt an enemy mech’s balance center. Wheeljack also possesses the ability of flying at speeds of 320 mph for a distance of 800 miles using the rocket-boosters mounted in his arms.
Weaknesses: Wheeljack is his own worst enemy. He frequently injures himself while experimenting with new weapons and other assorted science projects.
