I vote Ultra Magnus.
I would say Grimlock, too, but I don't know that the Dinobots would quite work in the Bayverse.

grimlock is not a moron his intelligence is 7 out of 10 he's just hard headed and stuburn.some one had a idea of him and his comrands fall in jurrassic park hollywood,and thought that the robot dinosaurs was the dominate life forms.

Aside from the episode in season 3 where he got supercharged smarts, and later bestowed them upon Computron, he was indeed a dunce in spite of a number printed a card that belongs to a toy.

he wasnt stupid intill after the 86 movie,slag and sludge and snarl are stupid' in the war of the dinobot megatron even said grimlock is arrogant,slag hostile, sludge stupid.plus the card on the toy one season he was dumb out of the 3 he was in glimlock is not a moron that whole season went down the tubes to. becuase of the characters thay had to bring prime back to save it.if thats the only season you know then your right from your prospective but not over all.
