Doesnt mean it will happen, but given devasator sheer size we re looking likely a 150-200 feet tall robot here. Question is , how you think the autobots can stop this monster in the movieverse? We ve seen mostly bad guys so far, which they will likely cause alot ofdamage this time around, but somehow the hero wont go down without a fight cause they never do hehe.

Likely choices for the job of the deconstructiconing devavstator...

Superion, the aerial bots have the largest alt forms of the autobot combiner teams. He was also the first bots combiner, and had the best track record in the series, as he defeated almost every other combiner.(including defensor.) Silver bolt was a super sonic concorde, and he alone would likely make a 150 foot tall bot. With four fighter planes for arms, they d easily achieve a simliar size, but likely wouldnt be a bulky, and be more agile of a character. (not mention he flies.) It be an interesting battle of styles then as the heavily armored brute against the more agilie and intelligent air guardian.

-omega supreme, devastaors original nemesis.(well him and the dinobots, but they re likely to be too small face this version of devastator if they re actual size of real dinosaurs besides sludge.) He was just a solo bot big enough to handle the job. I could also see him showing up on the bots side late in the game, as he is notrious for not wanting to always wanting to fight right out the gates.

- Broadside, Bay talked of wanting an aricraft carrier to be a transformer. He was one long before tidal wave. Which he even used his triple changer ability to crush devastator in one episode as he was big enough handle him alone. Though as a carrier he d be possibly much bigger than devastator heh. I suppose he could compact down be a super study robot mode like dreamwave explained him with part compression.

- jetfire/prime I dont really care see this happen, as idea of prime power linx with jetfire makes me shudder. I just hope its nothing but armada fans putting out their hopes as jetfire is a SR-71 black bird, and likely a good sized transformer since those are 90 feet long. That said adding prime wouldnt add much more mass, given ehs only 28 feet tall, and would clash like crazy to have Jetimus prime happen again. I just envision it looking really stupid if they did.

Ultimately alot of stuff could be used but shall see what heavy hitters if any help save the day. Or not, as always possible the autobots simply have handle the monsterous decepticon thru straight luck and numbers heh. (and lots of scrapped autobots) I was hoping not to see too many autobots buy the farm though Im sure they re going take losses with larger teams.

Considering it got wrecked in the first movie I dont think they ll deus ex their way out of this one. I think its beatable even with just them cannon foddering their way to victory, just that wouldnt be pretty hehe. Not say seeing wheelie or any other goof ball formers getting ssmash before hes defeated (whether that means badly damaged or destroyed) is perfectly fine besides seeing him wreck along of stuff.

Well i still cant get the images of the Aircraft carriers getting smashed out of my head. I mean i know Bay likes his films to have at least 1 Aircraft carrier in them but thy actually bothered to animate them being smashed up instead of using old Stock footage so there might be something in there.

Initially i assumed Decepticon since they were destroying but i doubt any of them have much control other than rough aim during re-entry so perhaps they were autobots after all.

Now assuming this we have a chance for Broadside as well as the Aerialbots (look at how many planes went down from that ship).

The only thing that makes me think im wrong there is that Mr Bay might lose his military friends if US ships get blown to bits by 'friendly fire'.

It will be a human, and given the sheer size of it ... they will a lame "shiny light power of love" move that stops him, not a fight to the death

At first i thought decepticon but now im thinking maybe, the protoforms hitting the ships were autobot and maybe the military, in co-operation with the autobots on earth put those ships and planes there, then abandoned them so the arriving autobots could take the alt forms... just a thought tho lol

and as for dev's fight i want im to be running around and smashing stuff up like king kong then after a fight with most of the Abots and the army he some how retreats either combined or sperated because as a decepticon fan i dnt want most of them dead again.

I really wanted to see Grimlock & the Dinobots rip Devi limb from limb, but the thought of a slow, lumbering dinosaur would've kinda crapped this movie up. I think it'll be a big azz fight, like the last 1, with a lot more scrapped. AA "group effort" by both "Bots & "Cons. (I feel as if Devastator is Fallen's bodyguard, & if The Fallen is "The Fallen" from the comic books, he'll be kinda pissed that all that's left of the Allspark is the size of a baby turd, with the rest shoved in Meg's chest.) The 'Cons wake up The Fallen in Egypt with the turd-sized piece, he sees it, gets pissed, call Devastator to kick some serious azz, & blows up the Seekers who landed "on" the carrier. (They just have to be Decepticons, no Autobots would smash a carrier.) But, in closing Optimus rolls into the battle we see in the trailer, & he does Devi like he did Bonecrusher, one of the Original Constructicons,

RIPS HIS FRIGGIN HEAD OFF!!!

I heard Skids and Mudflap are combiners. The arcee combiners could do it so can the military and Optimus.

I know this is just wishful thinking but....

It's not entirely impossible that the 5 protoforms crashing into the aircraft carrier aren't autobots. After crashing/landing, they realize, hey, we're stuck in the middle of the ocean, we need to get to land. So they scan the airplanes..... and become aerialbots. Then Devastator would have someone equal to fight and they could possibly combine with Jetfire.

I know that because the naval fleet and humans were destroyed, most of us automatically think, Decepticons! But if you remember in the 1st movie, Ratchet almost killed dozens of people in that diner or whatever, Jazz took out that stadium, and Ironhide crashed into a pool which was almost close enough to kill the little girl with the stuffed animal if he had hit their house.

Obviously the Transformers don't have much control over their landing/crashing and human casualties are very possible.

But like I said.... this is just wishful thinking because I really want to see Superion :grin:

This is how I see it, their gonna do it Pokemon movie: Mewtwo Strikes Back style.

Devastators and Optimus combined with Jetfire both fire shots at each other with equal amounts of energy. But oh no! Here comes Wheelie yelling "Whellie say stop" or some annoying crap like that, and he 'dies' in the crossfire. Both Devastator and OP/JF watch as they wonder what kind of retard would do that. All humans, autobots, and decepticons start crying(when they should be cheering) and the tears all float over to Wheelie, bringing him back to life. Wheelie starts talking and all that annoying Wheelie crap that he does, and Devastator kills himself.

the end.

mmm...the one I'd like to see is a G One fan get in an argument with Michael Bay, one where he couldn't leave and had to stay till the end. That would an awesome fight (verbal, a fistfight would not be entertaining).

OP/JF try to get to the pyramids. The fallen and devastator get in there way. Fallen's head goes up Devastator's butt leaving Starscream speechless and then kills himself. The End.

Well, If it's anything like the first movie, I'm sure the U.S air force will take a lot out of him first...leaving "Jet Optimus to hurl him into a ready made wormhole

The whole jetfire merging with prime doesnt sound like it work or even look right. I truly hope they dont use that as Id rather they used superion or something else to battle devastator made a heck of alot more sense than that. Basically it still be smaller than the constructicons with prime and jetfire together. (I suppose always possible this form saved for the fallen.) Unless they go with the whole prime and jetfire power lvl is higher BS, they wouldnt be able to directly match it.
