Transformed him today. 3 times to learn the process. As complicated as it seems, it actually gets pretty easy after the first time. Tomorrow I believe I shall try the shoulder replacement.

You know what I need now? The articulated hands sets for the rest of my Masterpieces. I never knew what I was missing!!

Anyone have any tips on the inside leg flap thingy? Or do not enough of us have it yet to even know what I'm talking about LOL

I am gonna go with OR...because from the reviews that piece is supposed to just lay flat-ish via gravity on the inside of the lower leg...

I am sure after more of us get him there will be some craftiness afoot to fix such issues

To fix it? So I don't need another leg flappy trigger piece? Or should I notify the BBTS in case they get new leg flappy trigger piece?

All things considered they did an amazing job, lads. AMAZING!! Haven't tried transforming yet. Terrified thanks to MP-05. All the orange plugs are out, used a multi-bit screwdriver (without a bit in it) to pop it out. Not heat, no solvents, clearly adhesive held it in place.

Well does the flap go down at all? I mean I don't think any other replacement parts are forthcoming, unless you contact XTB for them. But if that is a big concern you could call them about a replacement but at this point it might not be "damaged/defective" enough to warrant that.

But I think if you have this prob, someone else my also run into it and figure a fairly easy fix and maybe share...

When he's standing, no, the flap rotates toward the middle of his legs. The tab flappy thing on the top (that looks like it's pointing toward the other leg) can rotate to essentially straight up and down, which apparently creates enough friction somewhere to keep it from flapping out all the way. You can also see the trigger half not staying in place, not a huge deal but not as tidy as the other side.

It totally looks like the hinge on the problem side is not rotated back into the proper position...you have not xformed him yet? Maybe its just mistransformed out o' the box?

I want to know that how is MX-I Apollyon (Megatron)'s quality (not production sample)? Did you guys get the first run? I saw the tfsourde & BBTS will estimate arrive at June, is the 2nd run same with the first run? Do you guys know if any improve in quality aspect? Thank you

BBTS's product description reports that the second run will not be any different from the 1st run just cost $15.00 more.

So I am assuming all of the forthcoming reports from folks in the threads, and ones we've have seen already will be par for the course for the second run as well. As for quality over the test shots...you might want to wait a few more days or so for folks for more folks to post their thoughts since a lot of people were just getting him over the weekend, so not enough time to mess around with him and give in depth reports yet...

It seems that whole panel is screwed in, so maybe I'll just take it off if he's gonna be in bot mode. After I transform him a few times I'll see if it gets any worse. Sent the pictures to BBTS just so they know, I have no intentions on returning him EVER cause he's that good otherwise. He and MP-10 go together so freaking well I haven't even put him with Soundwave/Laserbeak, Starscream/Skywarp/Thundercracker yet. And I need too :lol:
