Unlike what was falsely reported on other Transformers fan sites, the Earthspark line is still alive and well in Japan. We even have some brand new reveals to share with you with Takara revealing the upcoming deluxe Aftermath and Jawbreaker toys. While we should get these toys in the west, their decos may be different.
They also revealed their version of warrior Elita One, whose head can now swivel, and Hashtag.
Emails are being sent out via Amazon.jp informing people that the EarthSpark Deluxe Prowl figure will not be happening. This is supporting evidence found this past weekend when the Tomy-Takara Mall marked the anticipated release as "Discontinued" a little more than a month before its release. This figure was a surprise announcement, and was going to be a completely different release from Takara- utilizing the Cyberverse Deluxe Prowl mold, rather than the Cyberverse Deluxe Hotshot Mold that Hasbro repainted for Prowl.
It appears that only the Prowl release (ESD-10) has been cancelled because Thrash(Slash) (ESD-11) is showing available on the Tomy-Takara Mall site currently.
Following on from the recent in hand pictures of what looks to be an Ehobby recolor of Kingdom Warpath into the Gobots character Treds, we have a look at the second of the rumored three pack, Small Foot, via Reddit user r/cillipod13231323. Unlike the previous few releases of Gobots characters (Road Ranger, Crasher, This figure actually contains some slight remolding in the form of a new face.
As you can see, the sides of the head stay the same, but her face sculpt is much more in line with her depiction in fiction so far.
Here's the rest of the pictures.
At this rate, Pathfinder should be leaked by tomorrow. Are you all excited to see another Gobots inspired figure? Do you plan on picking her up when she's released? Let us know what you think below!
Thanks to a pair of eBay auctions we have our first look at Treds, a rumored Selects figure. For those not familiar with the character of Treds, a brief history lesson. Gobots were a competitor of the Transformers line in the early 80s. Through mergers and acquisitions beyond that, Takara and Hasbro ended up with the rights to use the names of the Gobots characters, which is how we got the name Leader-1 as an Armada character, how Classics Mirage was redecoed into a very suspiciously Crasher-like color scheme and character, and why in 2003, Takara and Ehobby released a set of redecos/retools of some G1 minibots as Gobots characters Pathfinder (Cosmos mold), Bad Boy (Powerglide mold), Small Foot (Gears mold), Bug Bite (Bumblebee mold), Road Ranger (Huffer mold) and Treds (Warpath mold). We've already seen a modern release of Bugbite in Selects, Road Ranger in the WFC Golden Disk collection, and we're rumored to be getting a 3-pack of Small Foot, Pathfinder, and Treds in Selects this year (from Legacy Gears, Velocitron 500 Cosmos, and Kingdom Warpath, respectively).
History lesson over, here are the pictures, from an ebay listing by sellers transmimi and ytsetron, respectively.
What do you think, Seibertronians? Excited to see some more obscure characters with modern updates? Sound off in the forums below!
While a cinematic trailer was released for the Transformers Reactivate game, which seems to be a live service game ala Warframe, we haven't had more info on it since. Well, the question was asked to a Hasbro Australia representative at a Transformers 40th Anniversary Event, in Australia, and this is what they said:
"it is highly anticipated and I know that fans are waiting for it to come out and be released. Hopefully in 2025, we will have more to show"
So we should expect nothing for the rest of the year. But the game is still coming out.

While we had a pretty good idea of what a dying Ratchet would look like, we now have a look at dying Brawn. We also see how they will be packaged. While this is still a Target exclusive, Target is no longer using the Buzzworthy packaging and just releasing figures within the packaging linked to their own lines.
For those looking forward to Swoop, Prime vs Prime put up a review of the toy this past week and you can see it below.
There is a lot of news to get through, all dealing with the Legacy line. There is a video review of Cybertron Hot Shot, which you can see below.
We also have new in hand images of Vector Prime from Notrab. Please note that as with previous images from this source, the images do have certain settings set to make the colours and contrast more prominent.
Finally, here is an image of Ferak in his packaging. This figure will be released exclusively at Walmart.

It seems one should never bet against Optimus Prime. While the Transformers community had a good laugh at the $80 1/64 scale Hotwheels collector toy, it seems there were more than enough people out there willing to spend that amount on that small fully die cast Optimus Prime. The transforming G1 styled Hotwheels Optimus Prime sold out in 27 minutes on the Mattel Creations site.
This is encouraging for Mattel as it means their effort and investment in the license was far from in vain. It reveals that there is a market out there for collector items like this and thus they may make more. If they do make more, then this Optimus Prime may rise in value as being the first in an ongoing collection. Of course time will tell if that is the case, but we wanted to let you know of this development in a collaboration that none of us imagined would happen.
