No all of those bots are multiple prototypes of one robot that turns into a dinosaur and combines with other dinobot like guys.

So TFC, how about them PCC limbs??

El Duque wrote:Sorry guys, refer back to my original post. The bottom three images are for an un-TF related project for Star Cat Rescue Team. Just thought folks might find them interesting.
God I'm stupid, and there I was wondering where all the dinosaur kibble was on that bot-mode.

I like what they reveal, but they are steadily losing any hope I have for them.
All they show are fragments of stuff now.
I might actually start to care about their stuff if they would actually take the time to finish one project at a time.

I have a hunch we will be seeing the completed Hercules in the instruction manual of Exgraver.

I took a chance buying my very first PCC which was grimstone and loved him, so to see another dino-combiner is
I dont care if it is or isn't supposed to be the G1 crew im just glad theres new combiners that are not the usual and i don't see power wankers either personally i think this looks great i just hope its affordable

sounds expensive already might have to start saveing, i can pass on herc if there is going to be another 3rd party release of devastator so with any luck i'll get the 2nd relese and dinobiner.

While there may be different teams or people working on these... I agree, it would be really nice to finish one project (or put up pics, pricing, etc.) before flaunting two or three more. That kinda makes the fandom lose hope.
Maybe I can put a Star-Hovercraft together with Exgraver and CrazyDevy Devastator and make a finished Autobot-Spike style combiner until they all finish putting out their parts and limbs. Eh?
Posted by Gauntlet101010 on July 27th, 2011 @ 11:51am CDT
This would be tempting if it weren't for Devestator, even with the right colors. Not down for two huge combiners at the same time.

Same. It has a lot of potential

So yeah. If the reports come in that they're well made, my wallet is in serious trouble.

I'm not familiar with Star Cat (aside from these prototype images) is it a separate series that these guys are just making something for?

The other, not so much.

GreenRobot76 wrote:Btw, Star Cat should not be news any more than images of new Power Rangers. And this dino combiner is pushing it.
I agree the Star Cat stuff isn't news, which is why they aren't mentioned in the headline. The Swoop figure is posed with one of the Star Cat toys though, so I figure it's just easier to acknowledge them than have people asking what that figure behind Swoop is.

If new info about the fire truck isn't going to be posted as news, then someone needs to tell drop me a PM about where to find out more info about it, because I seriously like what I see. I WANT that fire truck! lol

I'm no expert, but I'm sure that that's supposed to be Optimus Prime. Though I know absolutely nothing about Star Cat Rescue Force (Whatever that even is. ) so maybe I'm wrong. What I do know is, I'm confused.

From what I've picked up on the InterWebz, Star Cat is some sort of Chinese show (anime?) that has characters like these.
Apparently it's rumoured that these may see mass production in China due to the popularity of the show, which may be good on our wallets if true.
Personally I hope they're done sort of like the Protectobots.

Really good point. The names 3rd parties give these guys are always space-filler to get around legal issues. They know we know who the characters are supposed to be.
As the "Star Cat" patrol comes together, I'll be really interested to see if the coloring changes our opinions.
Mind you, ole Hot Spot also sports a face plate. Hmmmmm. We'll see if he comes out red or baby blue, I suppose.

Perhaps custom was the wrong word, unofficial TF figures. As far as I know these will be reproduced for retail.

Ok Hasbro, enough of the bullshit, just give the fans real classic/generation dinobots..
G1 accurate (or as accurate as you can now make them)
Grinlock (not grimstone)
Slag
Sludge
Snarl
Swoop
Thanks.
